There’s a reason this place is a local favorite—the square pizza is crispy and loaded with flavor, and the atmosphere is always lively. It’s the perfect spot for a family meal or a casual night out. I always leave happy (and full).

Philly’s a city that knows pizza. You can find the good stuff in corner joints that have been perfecting the same recipe for decades. So when I walk into a place here, my bar is already high.
We ordered the white pizza. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t that transcendent, “shut up and take my money” kind of good either. They give you a basket of seasonings on the side, and sure, that’s a nice touch...if you’re eating a slice at a baseball game. But here’s the thing: if you need to doctor up your pizza just to get it to sing, then maybe it’s not singing in the first place.
The wings? Crisp, well-executed. I went honey chipotle, but in hindsight I should’ve gone plain and let the meat speak for itself. Mozzarella sticks were solid...cheese pull and all. And the surprise standout? The house salad. Fresh, balanced, with a balsamic vinaigrette that actually had character. If you’re the kind of person who enjoys a good salad, this one will make you happy.
Not a bad night, but in Philly, “not bad” isn’t enough.

It was fine, but service was slow; 30 - 35 minutes after I called and waited around with nobody in the restaurant really. The salad was really good and fresh but the pizza was average at best in my opinion. We had the Margherita and there was hardly any mozzarella cheese on it.

They cared about our upcoming concert time. Than rolled out some of the best food I’ve had in Philly and it came out fast and neat. Very good service.

I’m not normally one to leave reviews, but this experience was especially frustrating. I placed a Grubhub order for a small white pizza from Santucci’s — a specific request that means a lot to my family. My son has special needs and a restrictive eating disorder, and this white pizza from Santucci’s is one of the only foods he’ll actually eat. I timed the delivery to make sure it would arrive by dinner, and when I opened the box and saw a regular red sauce pizza instead, I was heartbroken. Mistakes happen — I get that. What made this worse was how it was handled when I called the restaurant. A young woman who answered the phone was kind and apologetic, and I appreciated that. But after holding for over six minutes, I was passed to someone who immediately accused me of placing the order wrong. I had already double-checked my Grubhub receipt before calling — the order was placed correctly. I even had a screenshot as proof. When I was passed to the manager, I expected a little more compassion and accountability. Instead, I was met with indifference and more blame. I offered to send a screenshot to show the order was right on my end, but the manager refused to look at it and stood by their claim that I was the one at fault. Ironically, the first woman I spoke with had mentioned it looked like a system issue on their end — which made the gaslighting from management all the more frustrating. To be clear, this wasn’t just a minor inconvenience. When your child has very limited safe foods, and you make an intentional effort to get the one thing they will eat — only to have it messed up and then be blamed for it — that’s a big deal. The mistake was frustrating. The lack of accountability and empathy? Even worse. I’m incredibly disappointed with how this was handled and hope Santucci’s reflects on how to better support customers, especially when mistakes are made

We ordered a slice of Pepperoni pizza, Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings, French Fries, and Kids Meatball Spaghetti, along with a Ginger Ale fountain drink. We will definitely come back because the food is amazing and tastes great! The spaghetti was cooked to a perfect al dente, the chicken wings were served hot, and the pizza was simply mouthwatering. The French fries were also top-notch, crispy just the way we like them. Don't miss the chance to try the famous square pizza; you’ll definitely love it.
The atmosphere was pleasant, with good music and interesting TV programs. Our server, Allison, ensured that everything was perfect.
This restaurant is a must-see and a delightful dining experience!

Easy, pleasing restaurant that is in an area close to the Met Theater in North Philadelphia. Not the best area of the city and not many restaurants in this area. This one is a gem for the location, reasonably priced, good value, great food and a relatively safe walk from the Met to the restaurant. My fiancé and I always eat here before any event at the Met. Highly recommend.

Server was great. Pizza was good. Would have liked more broccli on my pizza, but was tasty anyway. Great spot for lunch on a Friday. Inside was clean, but was expecting a little more upscale based on the outside appearance. I would come back.
