I visited on a rainy Wednesday afternoon and enjoyed delicious wine, very relaxed atmosphere and great bartender service. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. I hear there is a vinyl collection upstairs. Next time!
Just to illustrate how incredible the food and drinks are- I was broken up with at Sassafras (guy totally broke my heart), and I STILL come back whenever I get the chance, haha. I’m from out of town and occasionally work for a couple weeks a year in Philly, and I absolutely love Sassafras. I go out of my way to have at least one meal here when I’m in town. Stopped here for cocktails and a bag of potato chips imported from Ireland. Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was so fun. They have a phenomenal selection of cocktails to choose from which are unique in comparison to most cocktail bars. Service was great, as well!
