Dinner with friends was a delight!! We sat upstairs which is spacious; the tables are close together so get in and out of the booth side is a bit awkward. Dim lighting for ambiance. The server was helpful in suggesting shared plates for our party of four. Save room for dessert!! The owner was walking around greeting tables which was a special touch!
Parking: It’s philly so parking is always tough. Get a cab for front door drop off or use a garage to save time, if you’re physically capable of the walk.

I’m so sad to say this because I was really excited and I really think that on a normal day this would’ve been an excellent dining experience—but the Chinese new year prefix was absolutely ridiculous. It was $150 for a family style salad, family style soup, side of rice, and a dessert soup that none of us liked (and we’re an adventurous crew). The salad wouldve been great but was too sweet bc the plum dressing was poured generously over everything, the soup had a lot of quality ingredients but was still not nearly worth $150pp. To be clear I’m not saying it wasn’t a special dish, but given the dishes included in the prefix, that means the soup was estimated at $75-$90per person on its own, and that’s WAY overpriced, even with quality ingredients. We could’ve had a delicious selection off the regular menu for a fraction of our total. I’m really disappointed. Hope they do better in the future.

One of the best meals of my life. Tried a huge selection of stuff. Everything, including the cocktails, were excellent. Service was great at the bar, even on valentine's weekend. Will be back.

We got a few dishes from here and honestly I wasn’t that impressed. The Ayam Goreng chicken stood out to me as the worst of the dishes that we tried, the chicken was dry and overcooked and wasn’t very hot. The roti canai was ok, though according to my Indian friend it wasn’t good, personally I thought it was ok. It was a pricey for the quality of food that we got and honestly I don’t see myself returning.

The food of this restaurant is just mediocre. The sizes are very small and the taste is just OK. We ordered sardines in tomato sauce and even after I asked the waitress whether it is a hot dish they served it look warm. I had to ask the manager to put it back and warm it up, so the second time it was a little bit warmer, but it wasn't a great dish overall. the place was a total disappointment. about presentation to waitress minute presentation about the restaurant.
On top of it all, I had made a reservation through a fraudulent website called TOCK. They charged us $20 for not showing up (which we obviously did) and now I am having to disputing it through my bank. The whole ordeal from reservation to arriving at the place was a total disappointment. This place is all about the hype. The quality is mediocre and the place itself is below avarage.
Went in to kampar with my boyfriend to have some post dinner drinks. We went in and asked for a table. I was a little disheveled because my boots were extremely uncomfortable and I had been walking in them in a rainstorm. Before I can even pull myself together, the general manager came to our table and immediately accused my boyfriend and I of being too intoxicated in front of several other tables near by and denied us of ordering drinks. He didn’t even have a conversation with us before coming to this conclusion as I tried to tell him I had only had two drinks. He then encouraged us to leave (in front of staring customers), and left us no choice but to walk shamefully out of the restaurant. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a restaurant staff member and I’m still mortified from the whole experience. I strongly encourage this man to approach his costumers in a less abrasive way and to be more respectful if he has concerns, and to maybe drop the superior complex.

Excellent service in a very stylish dining room. Loved the goat rendang and crab pan mee the most, excellent tasting menu served by the chef herself

The food was simple, yet incredible. Every dish went well together and the staff was amazingly friendly. A wonderful experience and would definitely recommend.
Dietary restrictions: We were gluten/dairy free and meat-light and had no struggle eating almost half the menu

Food was so good! Cocktails were great! Service was great — chef came to chat with us! Vibes were good. Definitely more on the $$ side, but would come back again!

It's an interesting Chinese and Indonesian food restaurant, food was pretty good, but more expensive than Panang. Their food is more more tasty and authentic. It is worth to try. But it is very difficult to.find parking if you go in the weekend.

We had the chef’s feast, which included a great deal of food over multiple courses. Highly recommended. Cocktails were terrific, too.

Amazing food in this cool spot. Our server was so high energy and seemed to really care about the food and Chef Ange’s choices that went into the menu. Definitely try the Wagyu fat cookies!!
Vegetarian options: You can choose the protein for many dishes and almost all have a tofu option making the rest of the dish vegetarian.

Food is amazing but overpriced. They need to improve on their reservation system. Even with a reservation I had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Service also can be better
