I cant say enough good things about the quality of the product and especially the staff at the Saxby's University Penn campus. I found an old $22.38 Saxby's credit in my Apple wallet from before the change over to their new app. The QR code for the credit would not scan and the manager took down my email and within a couple of days sent me an email saying that the credit had expired BUT she was happy to add $22.38 to my pre-loaded current Saxby's card in the App. I was impressed with the follow through in such a short period of time and their willingness to solve the issue. One of the managers even gave me a free coffee for "my problems". Service of this nature is difficult to find these days. Thank you to Saxbys Penn campus

I really appreciate this place I stop by there looking for print a document and I was helped by a pretty kindly student college named Sara. She works in this place. She helped me to use the printing scanner machine very well. Please keep people as a Sara working over there providing the best customer service. Thank you so much Sara and Saxbys for hired her.

It's coffee! It's not the best or the worst that I've tried. This is the most neutral I can be. The cold brew with milk and honey is good. Depending on the barista, the coffee can be a 4 star or 3 star.

BLUF: Avoid this Saxbys.
The first time I came here, I ordered the strawberry energy drink with cold foam and they made my drink wrong. She let me know she forgot to add one of the mixes for the drink.
I thought today I would try it again as a Friday treat. However, the guy working just poured the concentrate from the pitcher and handed it to me. When I asked if he could add the cold foam (which I ordered extra and it was written on the cup as the order) he audibly sighed, said "yea" and was clearly irritated. If you aren't even willing to make the bare minimum drink that people order and then get mad when they ask for what they PAID for, get a new job where you don't have to interact with people. The drink is actually gross because nothing other than the concentrate and the cold foam was added. Plus they forgot about my muffin and I had to ask about it.
Anyways, WAWA has better drinks and would never do that :)

Came at I guess close to their closing time but they were already shutting down so didn't get to enjoy any of their services or coffee and baked goods !! Place was dirty and trash on tables ! Will not be patronizing this coffee bar again ! Shame it is inside of the U of P bookstore ! The bookstore was a very good place to find some hard to find books !
