Sbarro provided an early lunch for us before an international flight. The pizza, salad and stromboli were all fresh, tasty and the prices were reasonable. The service was friendly and fast. We liked that there was a large, clean eating area right next to their counter. There were other shops nearby where you could pick up dessert and fresh fruit to complete a meal or snack.

Ordered two bread sticks, there were only 5 on display, one of which was an end piece that was misformed and smaller than all the rest. I specifically asked that I not receive that one, but the server put it in the oven for me anyways. I asked again for a different one, so the server added a third bread stick into the oven. Down the line, the cashier asked if I had three bread sticks, I said no I only ordered two, the first one was not mine. The cashier said the server was giving me that one for free and just charged me for two. When I opened my box though I only had two sticks, one of which was the stick I continually asked not to receive. This customer service was terrible and dishonest. It was not a difficult request and was made politely with respect multiple times.

I had a terrible experience at this place on January 18, 2025, at 7:55 PM. The staff’s poor service and attitude left such a bad impression that I would not recommend this place. Very disappointing!

asked for clean cut but all he did was wash the spatula nd pick it up. a for effort ig. $6 for a thin slice of watery uncooked pizza. it was ok but not worth it. i hate airport food.

I was on AA5119,l ON JAN 29, 2024 @ 8:54pm. When I got on the plane I realized I must have set down my CPAP machine with all my medications inside, either at the gate seating, the bathroom or SBARRO'S. Sbarro's food was so good we had it for the first time on our way to Myrtle Beach, that we went on our return trip.The stewardess and the pilot went above and beyond to have someone check the areas and even to call Sbarro's. Which is where it was. I had no identification in it. I want to thank whoever lookef for it and found it. If you brought it to the gate i am so grateful.Someone got it to the plane,before it was time to shut the gate door. I had this back in my hands and we took off on time.I cannot thank this crew and Sbarro"s enough. Going without these items could have been deadly for me or at least made me very sickJodine Ross

The food I had in here was neither good nor bad in taste. I had a mushroom pizza and a tomato-cucumber salad. I‘ve choosen this location due to the lack of good alternatives.

Hello I don't know what @PJ Warren was talking about their food was good.Mrs Warren please understand that this is an airport and you won’t find 5 star food here.You need to stop talking about how bad pizza is lil bro?.I have been to this airport for years and sbarro is a place that I always end up going to.if you don’t like pizza try the gift shop because clearly your not a pizza person ?.I also don’t know why your talking about the server because a lot of the people are new to the country so they have trouble with these things.@PJ Warren please leave this pizza shop alone cause there pizza is fine so is there service.Also if the atmosphere wasn’t like able…?maybe it’s cause your at an airport try contacting your doctor.

The guy serving me sneezed several times. He went to the back where I could hear him blowing his nose. Then came back out and started serving people barehanded without washing them. Absolutely disgusting.

Come on! Greasy pizza and brown lettuce. Really? Oh and sweet wine!!! SWEET! Pink and Sweet was all they had. For $10.00. Outrageous. I was looking for a nice place to sit and while away some time. What a waste of money. The girl serving me didn't know which way was up. Handed me these boxes and I had to ask for a glass and dressing etc. And the food was horrible. The boss did try to come over to explain to her how you served people but even HE didn't apologise to me for her appalling customer service. She just looked away. Come on - work harder at getting it right. Please.
