Went Feb 27 2025. Good mix in combos for cream cheese (enjoyed the Dragon's mix of walnuts, allium, and pepper) Good, though not outstanding bagel and coffee. Plenty of space and wifi. Okay atmosphere.
I work in the area and go to Schmear It very often. The bagels are always delicious. Always a reliable, affordable, and quick breakfast.

Delicious bagel with variety of flavors. Has the Philly with salmon and wasabi and it was really good

The egg sandwich part of my meal was well prepared. The actual bagel was good... Not great. Probably more of a maintenance bagel than a "go-to" spot.
They were very nice at the counter, but didn't bring the food out to the table, and forgot about our drinks. They apologized for the lapse in service, but it was still a lapse...
Maybe a spot to stop in and grab a bite to go if I'm in a fix, but not a destination spot for me.

Good not great.
Complex orders slowed my easy order. Got the wrong bagel base that was burnt.

Very good gluten-free bagels! A little expensive, but they give you a lot of protein! it's worth it!

Excellent, pleasant service. They even offered me a free cup of coffee with my bagel purchase( it was the end of the day). Bagels were good but not terrific because they were large and puffy rather than small and knarly, New York style ones. It is probably a matter of taste. I’d buy them again but they would be a second choice.

Always friendly service and great schmears here. I recently ordered catering for 35 and had an excellent experience with the team.
Vegetarian options: Lots of interesting veggie combos.
Kid-friendliness: Easy going, no-frills spot. There is a park a block away which makes for an easy outdoor eating spot.

College bagel cafe that shares a space with an Indian restaurant. I got an everything wake n bacon with a pork roll. I saw whitefish on the menu but only as an add own, not as it's on sandwich topping. My breakfast bagel was good and filling, although I'd rather do a pork roll or bacon instead of both. Most people got theirs to go but there were a few people eating in.

Really great value here. Lots of awesome topping combinations. I recommend trying the Dragon (maybe without walnuts).

recently discovered schmear it and it’s lowkey a game changer because you can add fresh veggies and stuff to the cream cheese and still be able to easily eat the bagel bc the veggies are cut up really tiny and mix well. also very very reasonably priced !!

Great bagels and good, quick service. We also noticed there are a variety of different spreads and toppings. Their blueberry bagel was delicious.

Bagel was not the best I have ever had but it was certainly passable and more importantly they had a gluten free option that didn't kill my wife (who actually has celiac). So 5 stars for that. Also super reasonably priced
