Very disappointing. I usually come here quite frequently and get the veggie delight which is always loaded with veggies (the reason why it has become my favorite). I came back after not coming for awhile and ordered my usual. There were hardly any ingredients. I called and asked if they changed the way they did things and was told they switched over about a month ago and no longer do modifications but I ordered a menu item. This place was a weekly tradition for me, but I found out they stopped offering dairy free cream cheese on any bagels other than a select few, when it had been an option for everything before this. Removing options for dietary restrictions is just baffling and unfortunately makes a place I used to love inaccessible to me and so many others. Y’all were so accommodating to dietary restrictions before, why the change?

Been coming here for a while here. The staff is professional and I never had an issue with the food. I just want to express my disappointment in the reward system being changed from a punch card to a points system you can only participate in if you provide your phone number or something. I don’t know if it’s because they want to track metrics or something, but it just find it kind of lame. It’s a small thing but the punch card made me want to return to the store and ever since I was told about the new points system, I haven’t gone back. There’s no physical reminder in my wallet that your store exists. And I think I’d avoid it if I gave you my number and started getting promotional emails.

The Loxsmith sandwich was delicious. The lady at the counter was extremely friendly and made my food with care. The dining area was not very inviting. There were old lights stashed in the corner and it felt kinda dirty overall. Would return next time I'm in the area though.

We have ordered catering from Schmear It for the office twice and they don't disappoint. The bagels are great, but the schmears are incredible. I love that they don't skimp on the add-ins. This most recent time we also got little yogurt parfaits which were also a hit. Also I love that they always include printed signs for each spread! High recommend, will likely order again.

The sandwiches exceeded my expectations. The egg was substantial on the breakfast sandwiches, probably the best egg sandwich I’ve ever had!
The tables were quite dirty and the coffee was not worth it.

As a New Yorker, I usually don't have such a positive review of bagel places but this one is legitimate! Not only are the bagels fresh, but they have a great variety and the spreads and combinations are very inventive. You also won't break the bank here: I'm probably going back at least once this weekend!
