Weird vibes here, anyone with any kind of food service background would see the disfunction at first sight. I came to the store just on a weekend “bop” with my wife and there were few people a head of us. “No problem” we said, casually browsing the menu and enjoying the company of one another. Then I see another employee stocking spoons, which were already full and apologizing over zealously just like his counterpart did a moment ago. Still we said to our self no problem we are in no rush. Then the “lady” became quite irate and demanded we sit in the window cause she had more than one ice cream to make at one time, very off putting. We left after the fiasco, never again …. The consumer service was A1 very family friendlyBut the real star of the show was the ice cream itself. I tried the unique flavor of the month, and it was love at first bite! The flavors were rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. I also appreciated the generous portion sizes - I left feeling satisfied, not stuffed.

I am the founder and president of the nonprofit Women United for Fair Workplaces. I happen to live in the neighborhood and absolutely love this establishment. As a minority and woman owned business I couldn’t be happier it is here and thriving and is a family friendly business that provides delicious treats. My son loves the death by chocolate when that’s in stock but everything is delicious and the homemade waffle cones are amazing. They always have a smile on their face and have even helped out in hard times, when everyone in my house was under the weather and I wasn’t able to get out (they delivered some goodies for my kiddos) which was so nice. I encourage everyone to go visit this cute little shop if you have a moment and want the best ice cream in town.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE EVERYTHING and this place left a bad taste in my mouth! My husband and I came in on Saturday. We love ice cream and wanted to try something new. We stood waiting patiently and conversing as there were several customers ahead of us. I overheard the conversation- the customer asked for kid size and the woman working stated there was none. Something seemed off with her tone- like she was overwhelmed or aggravated. Finally, she said to us- have a seat on the windowsill, I have a large order to make! Meanwhile, a man walked around aimlessly in the background, apologizing for the delay but never offering any assistance. We left without being served and went to Dairy Queen. We won't return.

This place is a jewel in the area. I just Google ice cream near me, and this 1 came out. We decided to go. Ice-cream flavors are great, the service was excellent, the lady attending acknowledged every client. Is a small location, but they have sitting area outside. Price range was a little in the high end,BUT TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!! no questions about it. Is street parking in a residential area, so can be challenging. But this place is a MUST GO!!! I had a chocolate waffle bow it was crispy, not thin or thick with coffee ice cream. They have also in the menu, hoagies, at least that was what I read.

Looked up this place in Google maps for ice cream parlor in the neighborhood. I was a little skeptical that it would be good. Once we got there saw that it was a cute little spot inside and out. Very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and catering. Ice cream was delicious. Definitely coming back.

Great place, friendly staff, better prices every time we go there we feel so welcomed like family, you have a good variety of different ice creams and water ice and I believe they are selling hoagies now. We needed something in this neighborhood for the longest time, and now we have it so let's support our local neighborhood business!!
