We went for the first time and loved it. We had coconut shrimp and a spicy Cajun boil of snow crab, clams and mussels. Food was outstanding. Very laid back atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

I had their seafood boil yesterday. It is amazing. Their seafood boil compare to all the other restaurants is a lot cheaper. The best part is that their seasoning and sauce taste better too. I been to a lot of seafood boil place and their sauce are salty. However their sauce is just right and declious. Definitely going back again

Food, drinks and service were great! Glad to have a place like this in the neighborhood. We'll be back!

I have wanted to come here since it opened, I'm always saying we need good restaurants in Fox Chase. My friend and I walked in today around 5 p.m and it was empty. We sat down and she ordered a Corona and I ordered a mixed drink (off of their very poorly made drink menu - it's a very dark copy). My friend's Corona tasted skunked and my drink tasted like rubbing alcohol. The menu is very poorly written. I ordered wings and mozzarella sticks. The marinara with the sticks was ice cold and the sticks themself were just OK. The wings were fatty and just not good. My friend ordered the clam chowder and she said it was OK. Maybe the seafood boils are good, but I was very disappointed with my average food. I had hoped for a good restaurant in the neighborhood, but unfortunately, this is not it.

We had the New Zealand Green Mussels boil, German beers, and hushpuppies. It was a nice outing, but nothing spectacular. Also nothing to complain about. The menu is generic for these Cajun seafood places, but this one was a little better quality than the others and definitely not as salty.

The food was not fresh and it was nasty, so I will stick with Crab Du Jour. I was totally disappointed with my food, because the potatoes were burnt, the corn was brown, the shrimp were not fresh, and the Dungeness crabs were old.If you decide to eat here after reading my review then it’s at your risk! This was the worst seafood boil I have ever bought. Save your money. I am a seafood person, so you cannot just serve me anything. I cannot believe I wasted $70 on this food ???

Last night my wife and I went here for dinner. The food is good, and I did enjoy the seafood. My struggle was the server did not know how to communicate with us, and ended up ordering twice the amount of food that we thought we ordered. It was doubled. My wife even asked the server if they were sure the order was taken correctly because she kept getting confused and redoing the order on her tablet. Later when I explained this to the bartender (who acted as the interpreter for our server and we assumed she was a manager), there was no offer to remove the items from the bill and take the extra back even though the extra order was still unopened in the bag they brought to the table. Just a " so sorry about the mixup". I’m not the type to get into squabbles in public places so I politely paid the bill including the extra $35.00 and took home the bag of food. Unfortunately, that experience is unacceptable to me and poor customer service. I should never have been expected to pay for food I didn’t order when it wasn’t eaten either. That has never happened to me anywhere else. Because of this we will most likely not be coming back. Maybe takeout..

The food on its own is fresh and tastes good, however the po boy I got fell apart on the first bite, it was a mess in my hand, and on the plate. ( its a shame because the catfish was delicious) . The service was unfortunately mediocre at best. My friend said no sauce on her shrimp po boy due to dietary restrictions and her po boy was covered in it. We asked for unsweetened tea, which our waiter said "yes" to having, however we received sweetened. Then he said no we don't have that. I then wanted club soda as a replacement which is perfectly fine, however I got flat club soda. I think the best way to appreciate this food is to get take out, because the service is lacking. my friend loved her shrimp and crab boil, that's probably top item to choose when you eat there. note: we were 1 of only 2 groups in restaurant on a weds eve at 6:00 pm.

Food was excellent. The place was bright and something else. Did I mention that the food is delicious!

It's a great place for simple seafood. I gave it 4/5 because the food was warm at best and was served on very cold plates. BUT, the fried fish were tempera style and absolutely no grease! The oysters were ok more like the size of a muscle. The sweet potato fries had a great taste but luke warm. The lobster bisque was served cold but after getting it back hot it was EXCELLENT! Definately going back!

We had a 6:00pm reservation and arrived on time. By 6:30 no one had taken our order and we had to call the waiter over. Thank goodness we ordered appetizers (the lobster bisque and hush puppies were delicious) because it took an additional half hour to bring my meal to the table. Unfortunately, my friend's meal came 20 minutes after mine and we had to ask for it twice. We had to beg for utensils and napkins and were very disappointed in the service. It's a shame because the food was quite tasty. Please hire more workers to accommodate your guests.

The food was excellent and the service was very attentive. I had a shrimp po-boy, the lobster bisque and a mini shrimp steam pot.

This place was very nice! we ordered take out and enjoyed a shot while we were there. The seafood was fresh and plentiful. Only gripe is I prefer to have my potatoes sliced instead of whole... otherwise everything was great!! Thanx!!

It is really pity to this instead of beloved hop angel brew house. Oysters were... strange. Menu does not correspond to what they have on the tap.
