Every time I place an order it comes wrong, they charge me for the order and don't send the right order, it takes a long time to deliver, sends a message, they don't care, it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to respond... just a problem with my order

My first visit to Sergio’s Restaurant was an exceptional experience. We ordered the Picanha BBQ special fries, and açaí, and every dish was simply amazing. The Picanha BBQ was tender and flavorful, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the açaí was refreshing and delicious.
However, the highlight of our visit was the outstanding service. Eduardo made us feel right at home with his warm hospitality. He took the time to explain each dish to us, which enhanced our dining experience significantly.
Sergio’s Restaurant is truly a hidden gem that we wholeheartedly recommend. We will definitely be returning soon!

The first time I ordered everything was wonderful, the second and third time my order didn't come, they answered me but didn't send my order. lack of commitment. And very frustrating
Small but very cozy and pleasant atmosphere, the staff are so unmentionable, I have never been to a Brazilian establishment where I received such good service, I don't know the girl's name but I rate it 1000, the sandwich was divine, the fries I thought were a little oil but that's because I'm not used to eating fried food... but my rating is 5 stars in all aspects, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, especially for the good service, I love being treated well!!!
