Sergio’s Restaurant and Burger Philadelphia

You have to start making your customers feel welcomed. Not just those of the same culture as you. If you have a restaurant in a mixed race neighborhood, it should adhere to all people.

I've been to several similar restaurants in this area, and they do not compare to Sergio's, in terms of value, taste, and fulfilling meals. We always laugh when the pitcher of a smoothie comes out, or when someone orders a burger, and it's huge and has a knife in it. Sergio's is my benchmark for this kind of food (burgers and steak platters).
Get a burger meal from here instead of a fast food chain. It's so much better! Get the platters if you are very hungry, because it's a ton of food.

Ordered through the phone, waited 2 1/2 hours and still nothing, gave my card info and everything and they charged me for something they did not deliver! Would definitely not recommend…

I’ve been going to this place for over 2 years, I’ve never had a problem. Today I had the worse experience ever! To start from the server, it was my boyfriend’s birthday and he wanted to ordered a juice. The server said that they didn’t have the juice today but she could do a smoothie. He asked why and she ignored the questioned and left. NO COMMENTS TO THAT! The smoothie came out and tasted HORRIBLE!!! We ordered an açaí to go. It was supposed to be the “complete” with strawberry, banana, condensed milk, granola. I just got home and opened the açaí. Look at the picture!!! Totally a different order! I’m truly disappointed!!! We paid 60$ tonight and the experience was HORRIBLE!!!

I never get my açai with granola and chocolate balls, just with milk and strawberries, and I order it with everything. This happens to me when I order it to go, I’m disappointed bc I really like this place, but this has happened to me several times.

I love going to eat with my family excellent place and very good food 👌

Every time I place an order it comes wrong, they charge me for the order and don't send the right order, it takes a long time to deliver, sends a message, they don't care, it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to respond... just a problem with my order
