They have about 8 kiosks to order your food. It was easy to navigate and they have pictures. We ordered a burger and chicken sandwich, fries and Dubai shake. Everything was delicious. The restaurant was not the cleanest, floors were sticky and tables dirty but it didn't stop people from coming in.

I went to Shake Shack when it was still a shack in NYC, and many others since. Boy how things have changed. First of all, the burger was not smashed properly. If the edges of the patty isn’t crispy, then the essence of this kind of burger is lost. Secondly, I ordered a SmokeShack, which is supposed to contain bacon, and cherry peppers. When I got mine, it didn’t come with it, and unfortunately because of my hunger I ate 70% of the burger before I realized. When I brought it back to the counter, the first thing the staff asked me was “how could you eat so much of it and not realize?” Then subsequently said “No refunds, can only provide the sides that were missing.” I wasn’t happy and then was tossed around to two other staff for questioning before the manager came and rudely asked me “so what do you want”. I said I wanted another SmokeShack because I didn’t get what I paid for. She showed such disdain for me I asked “are you insinuating that I’m lying??”She rolled her eyes and walked away without as much an apology, and instructed her staff to finally, after 10 mins of questioning, to make me one. Hugely disappointed in the franchise and how they train their staff and chefs. I’d never get this at Chick-fil-a. Not gonna give this business another dime of my money for the humiliation they gave me.

First time trying it was amazing. Never had a burger this good.
I love shake shack, but I must admit, it was a disappointing trip there. Price has gone up a lot! I was hoping quality too or at least quality would be the same, but sadly no!
The shack burger was overly salty, and the milkshake tasted like petroleum or some kind of oil or fat. I took two sips to make sure, and then I had to thrash it. I did not even ask for a refund because I felt that was my last time eating there. DO NOT recommend anymore, sadly.
Food was also not served at the table, despite the instructions. One positive was that it had a nice space, good music and tables were clean.

Impersonal restaurant setup was a bit weird, but the food was good and the people nice.

The bread is mushy. The only good thing is that we can customize our burger.

I ordered a couple of burgers, fried pickles, and spicy fries. The burgers were okay, but the pickles were overly greasy and undercooked. They were doughy. The fries were disappointing as well; they were hard and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while, not fresh at all. This was my second order from this location, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. It didn’t feel like the quality I’ve come to expect from Shake Shack. This location definitely needs some improvement.

Today was the first time I’ve had a shake shack burger in over a decade due to a gluten allergy after practically living at the Madison square park location prior. My fiancé and I learned of the addition of gluten free buns a few weeks ago, so naturally I wanted a burger as my first food after a 14 hour gastric testing fast. The staff were extra careful with our food and super professional about alerting us to cross contamination. Thanks for making my day, team! ♥️ and look at this bun!!!

This was my first time at a Shake Shack. It was different, in that you placed your order via a kiosk and if you were dining in you took a number and then seated yourself. The food was good, but very very greasy. I could've fried a batch of chicken in the grease that was in my sandwich. The restaurant is near Jefferson Plaza so on a sunny day you can count on some local entertainment while you eat if you choose to eat outside. Inside the restaurant, the tables could've used a wipe down.

Staff was extremely efficient, polite, and friendly.
Order was ready in 3 or so minutes, maximum, and was delicious.
One of the best environments/vibes I have ever encountered at a restaurant for sure.
