They have about 8 kiosks to order your food. It was easy to navigate and they have pictures. We ordered a burger and chicken sandwich, fries and Dubai shake. Everything was delicious. The restaurant was not the cleanest, floors were sticky and tables dirty but it didn't stop people from coming in.
Today was the first time I’ve had a shake shack burger in over a decade due to a gluten allergy after practically living at the Madison square park location prior. My fiancé and I learned of the addition of gluten free buns a few weeks ago, so naturally I wanted a burger as my first food after a 14 hour gastric testing fast. This was my first time at a Shake Shack. It was different, in that you placed your order via a kiosk and if you were dining in you took a number and then seated yourself. The food was good, but very very greasy. I could've fried a batch of chicken in the grease that was in my sandwich.
