Excellent service. Food comes out fast. Some items were good: Beef Ho Fun, Chicken Soup Dumplings. Some were ok: Pork & Chive Dumpling. Some I won't order again: Pork & Crab Soup Dumpling. I prefer a couple other places over this one.
I know beef noodle but this place is disappointing. They have two type of beef noodle, rib or sliced meat. I got the rib and expect it to fall off the bone, but this place don’t know how to cook. Meat is tough and hard to pull off bone. Also the broth is light, missing several spices. Noodle is also the smallest quantity of all noodle shops I’ve been to. The plus side is price isn’t bad.
I really needed some authentic Taiwanese beef noodles soup and this was the place! When we went in on a Sunday evening, about 7 tables seated, more than half were Asians. There was no wait and the food arrived quickly, steaming hot! We had beef scallion pancakes that were perfect, the beef tender and the pancakes crunchy. We had the special Chinese Water Spinach veggie that also hit the spot. We all had the beef noodle soup and it brought back my childhood in Taiwan. I have spoken.
