Sharetea South Philly

Sharetea is a chain, so I expected a pretty generic taste, but I was pleasantly surprised. I like that this location feels a bit more individual, though I think I may have ordered the wrong drink.

I got the grapefruit Earl Grey seasonal drink with aloe. The first sip was refreshing with the grapefruit flavor, but the Earl Grey and bergamot quickly took over and became incredibly strong. It ended up tasting a little too bitter, yet also a bit too sweet, even though I ordered it with half sugar.

The shop was a little messy, though I couldn’t tell if that was because of the Halloween decorations. There’s a self-service ordering kiosk at the front, and the staff were fast and friendly. The space is brightly lit with a cute backdrop for taking pictures with your drink.

I’m definitely coming back to try a different flavor. If the Earl Grey is this bold, I’m curious to see how their other teas compare.

I got the oolong pearl milk tea and it's very weak. It's very light in color. The tapioca is great and fresh. Good size for price. Kind and quick staff, I will try something different next time!

Decent bubble tea store - had the QQ milk tea which with boba, jelly and some other toppings. I adjusted the sweetness to 30% with light ice. Overall it was decent and the toppings were also good

If i could, i would give this place 0 stars for bad customer service. I came into the store to redeem my free rewards which I’ve been earning on my Clover app. When i got there, i was told they no longer use that system and will not honor my free drinks. I’ve asked for a manager and the cashier went to the back and brought out another worker(Kim). Kim told me the same thing and i said i wanted to speak to a manager. She told me that the manager isn’t here and she’ll be back soon maybe 30 minutes. I asked for the manager’s name and Kim said she’s not allowed to give out her name. Why can’t i get the manager’s name??? I told them i wasn’t notified about the discontinuation of the reward and Kim said they displayed that in the store. Is that the correct way to notify your customers??? The last time I’ve used this app was like 4 months ago. I told Kim if you stopped dealing with Clover, you should remove your company from their app and she was like oh its them not removing us so it’s not our problem. At this point, I’m not even upset about my free drinks. It’s more about the customer service and how the problem is handle right now. I’m telling all my family and friends not to go here anymore cuz there’s more options out there. Keep my two free drinks but you’ll definitely lose my business for sure.

Share tea has a very big menu, and plenty of specials posted on the glass barrier! My fav to get is the strawberry coconut milk tea. There’s also plenty of seating ago hang out with a group. Parking can be a bit of a struggle on the weekends

They refused to let me use the bathroom after I purchased some Tea. They said they just cleaned it.
I pleaded I really had to go and asked for the manager which they said there was none.

I'm never coming back....

The tea tastes very fragrant and the pearls are also very chewy. It is not the soft and rotten kind. It is a very delicious pearl milk tea.

The service is terrible. I ask extra he give me the eyes look. And seem like he doesn’t want to do it . Until I have home so many times then he give me ice on the side

Ordered the matcha red bean, reg ice, 100 percent sugar.Tasted great.I took 3 sips and saw that 80 percent of my cup was ice.Cheap tricks to make an extra buck. Pathetic!

Nice spot to grab some bubble tea. Clean, nice size seating area.

Ordered handmade taro with fresh milk, ended up getting taro milkwith green tea green tea. Says with peals, but there are no pearls... zero stars
