Got Szechuan peppercorn beef noodle soup and fish maw chicken noodle soup. So good. And the price is pretty decent for such a big portion & variety of toppings. Service is basic level. They do have a surcharge for credit card but I’m not super surprised.

One of our favorite places to have hot and sour noodle soup, especially during the cold weather! Small but cozy place, quick service.Parking: Parking is free on Sundays, but usually it’s not easy to find a spot

The noodles was good except the spicy beef shank. Would not recommend the beef was too dry.

This is a cute spot In Chinatown at the corner of race street. They serve yunnan noodles which are basically deconstructed noodles. The soup comes in a hot stone pot and all the toppings and noodles are on the side. Toppings include a mix of vegetables like corn, lettuce, pickled vegetables and wood ear mushrooms and a few slices of ham, a quail eggs and fish cake. The soup and stone bowl are super hot so the meal is still piping hot after all the cold stuff is out in. Overall the soup was flavorful. The only complaint is that noodles had a bleachy taste to it. Service was standard. Overall a nice warm meal on a cold day

Incredible noodle house. The flavors were impeccable and I loved being able to cook it myself. Combines the experience of hot pot with the affordability of ramen. Diverse choices of broths and great portions to match!

great place, nice quick hot soup. i forget the specific name but i thibk it is the spicy hot sliced beef soup in the stone bowl. I preferred this style vs the many separated sides/topping because i was too lazy lol. It is typically busy at night but was able to still get seated within 15-20 minutesThe soup had an moderate amount of beef, lots of types of mushrooms, glass noodles. Medium spicy has a good amount of heat but not overbearing but I do enjoy spicy foods. They will caution you before getting a spicier level. The restaurant is p warm inside on a cold day. It also can feel a little. cramped but you can be in and out within an hour. The dishes come out pretty quick!

I went to this restaurant with some friends a few days ago. After paying the bill, we tipped the waiter (to the whole table at once, but one friend did not tip on the credit card bill because he paid with a credit card).Later, the female Chinese clerk (without glasses) came out and asked him why he didn't give a tip. . . . Tipping is a culture in the United States, but it is not a requirement. Afterwards, I will slam the door and tell you not to come again in the future.I have been in the United States for a long time and respect this culture, so I always tip. However, I have never seen a waiter ask for a tip, or even slam the door and tell the customer not to come again in the future. So I appeal to everyone, remember to bring a little extra tip before you go to please this waitress, because she really doesn’t like his job very much.I didn’t even smile after entering the door. I asked him to bring us three glasses of water. Since he gave us three glasses of water after half an hour and reminded us twice, he really didn’t do anything else besides giving us water and serving food.

Delicious rice noodles, with all the good ingredients. The lamb one was really good. Dropped off the family, they sat down and ordered for me, I parked a few blocks away and jigged back, the food was already there by the time I got in. We all loved the hot soups.

Staffs were rude. They were annoyed when I had to split my bill with a friend. They also talked behind us and chased after us for better tips. She didn’t do much either besides bring us water and bring food to our tables.

Shady. They try to scam you by saying there is a charge for your using your credit card. Not only that, the tip I gave was apparently not enough for them that they decided to run after me outside in the street portraying I’m dining and dashing smh.. do better.

The rice noodle is very authentic, good in color, flavor and taste. Concerning food itself, I would not deny giving a five star. However, I also agree with other reviewers in terms of tipping. Yes, it is an American tradition to do so (not an oriental culture), but please try to let customers pay it happily, rather than forcing or embarrassing them. Take it seriously. That’s very important.
