I ordered a cake for my baby's party a week before and they told me they would have it on time but when I went the day of the event the cake was still not finished. Another thing is that the people who serve you are shit, they talk to you as if you care. You were asking for free and when they finally gave me the cake the dough was hard and stuck I don't recommend this place to anyone terrible service
The dough is very dry. The cake remained whole. You know that when no one wants to take away a Dominican cake, there is a problem... worse $160 spent. And they told me that it shouldn't have been useful to the one who found it dry...😪

There cakes are good but the atmosphere and their attitude are the worst I went there every week for years and has stopped because of their attitude recently went back to order big cake, and because I asked for prices, they were upset about it

This is the 3rd time I order from Silvia’s bakery, and every single time they gave me the wrong order. This time I ordered a dulce de leche cake & received a chocolate cake. Which was very good, but still it’s annoying & frustrating because i expect to receive exactly what i pay for. I would consider double checking before paying & leaving with your order.
Never again! I ordered a cake for a baby shower told them to be done by 1pm two weeks before the event they said ok. Went to pick up the cake and they were still working on it. The cake was done by 5pm. No apologies, no discount anything at all by the time I arrived with the cake the baby shower was almost over.
I won't buy from this place again! Order a cake for a baby shower two weeks before the event. I told them I need it by 1pm and they said it was fine. On the day of the event I went to pick it up at 1pm and they were still preparing it. The cake was finished at 5pm. They didn't apologize, they didn't even give us a discount. When I arrived with the cake at the baby shower, the event was almost over.

Terrible.my sister bought 2 pieces of cake one fee herself and my mother and 1 cake had been bitten by an employee and was put in the refrigerator for sale.The other piece of cake lacked quality and was practically inedible.will never buy from here again DO NOT RECOMMEND.unsanitary and completely unprofessional

What a shame with this pastry. The enthusiasm I had for eating Dominican cake, and for having a pastry shop in the area. The dough is extremely dry. And the terrible sigh. They have changed a lot...😩 DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! You will have the entire party disappointed or fighting for their lives eating this dry cake.
