This place is not worth the hype. They will charge you for absolutely anything. $20/person deposit when booking, 20% auto grat with "ok" service, a "convenience" fee???, charge you for extra table bread!, charge you for extra cheese. Just insane and the food is OKAY at best. I don't know who these people think they are, lol.

I recently visited SIN on a typical Friday evening. The establishment's ambiance was commendable, and I had heard numerous positive remarks about it. However, the level of customer service I experienced fell short of my expectations. It is pertinent to mention that I have red hair, while my friends sported braided hairstyles. I met with two companions, and upon the arrival of another friend, our party consisted of five individuals at a square table.
Initially, the server suggested that one of my friends sit at the bar, despite the presence of numerous vacant tables. Eventually, we were seated at a larger table. After taking our seats, we placed orders for food and drinks. The appetizers that had been previously ordered, calamari and cacio e pepe, were served and emitted an enticing aroma. However, upon our first bite, we were dismayed to find hair intertwined with the food. When our server returned, I informed him of the issue, acknowledging that mistakes can occur. Regrettably, he did not offer a replacement nor inquire if we desired another serving, citing that "the kitchen was closing soon." it was 10:15 pm.
Subsequently, my entrée, linguine and clams, was presented. Although it arrived hot and fresh, when I twirled the noodles and reached for a clam, I discovered a long, thick black hair with a split end. Recognizing the distressing nature of this occurrence, I returned the dish and expressed my disappointment, noting that this was the second incident of hair in our food that evening. I anticipated a replacement and waited for its arrival. However, I ultimately approached the server to inquire if he had reordered my meal. He responded that he had assumed I did not wish for anything else. Without asking me for clarification
At this point, I requested to speak with the manager. Upon her arrival, her response lacked the apology I had hoped for; she stated that she could not ascertain the origin of the hair, as all the cooks were bald, suggesting it might have come from a vent. She was better off saying it came from thin air. We would never put hair in our own food! This explanation struck me as implausible. There was no acknowledgment of accountability on the part of the staff, and I noted that there was no apology issued to our table. It is reasonable to suspect that the hair might have originated from the waiter, who has dark hair.
When my pasta was eventually returned, it was evident that the quality had diminished; the noodles were closer to al dente and contained fewer clams and less sauce than before. I was thoroughly disappointed with the service provided. I also have pictures! As a paying customer, I was unable to enjoy either the appetizer or the entrée. The staff appeared indifferent to our concerns and did not offer any adjustments to our bill. Consequently, I returned the pasta as well. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment.

We walked in and the place was completely empty. The servers all had a terrible attitude, and were not responsive. After being seated, we ordered the filet steaks and the wait time to get our food was incredibly long. The wine pour is not generous and the glasses are thick. The bread they bring out it is super oily and salty, leaving much to be desired. The steaks were alright, definitely not worth the surcharge, the only star of the show was the creamed spinach. I would recommend exploring other options before coming here.
