Absolutely best burger I ever had! So big, such good quality, and so generously portioned. Amazing smash fries as well. Everything here is so tasty and they give you a lot without being too expensive
While flying out of PHL in the morning, I sought out a place to grab grub and this place was open in their “food court” area. The lady taking orders was friendly enough and the service was quick. They make all the food fresh to order. I have to say that my breakfast smashburger was excellent! Very tasty!! The tater tots were decent, nothing special. They seem to serve lunch all day too! Bonus! Definitely worth stopping in!
Paid $38 for a Double classic smash, three chicken strips, tots and two medium drinks. The burger was toddler size, but tasted good. Chicken strips were good. Tots not worth it at all. All the tables were nasty and trash was long over due to be taken out. To be fair that area was shared with other food court businesses. Smash burger got me once for $38, but they won’t do it again. I’ll move on to Sbaaro for more of a meal.
Absolute delicious, everything was pipping hot and fresh. It being an airport the price might be high due to that but quality was

Surliest bunch of unhappy employees I’ve ever seen in my life. The grilled chicken sandwich was edible but no great shakes.

Needed to get a breakfast sandwich before our flight. Good ingredients and less filler bread than other places at the airport. In the food court of terminal B.

They had no fries to cook. How does that happen. Burger was ok, but staff was not friendly.

Horrific attempt at a veggie burger. Was cold with plasticy cheese that wasn’t melted. The sweet potato fries were cold and hard.

I didn't get to actually taste the food as I had to leave to catch my flight after waiting for almost 20 minutes. I asked for a refund for my $14.41, but the girl working the register had no idea how to do that (nor did she seem that interested in being helpful). Two other people who had been waiting for longer than me also had to leave to catch their flights without getting refunds for their food. I hope whoever got to eat our paid-for food enjoyed it.

Love Smashburger and this one was no exception. Great burgers and absolutely delicious milkshakes. They use excellent quality ice cream and the shakes are thick and wonderful. Highly recommend.
Sad to say it was a bad experience. After waiting 20 minutes I had to leave for my flight with no Smash ?. Heard others saying the food was luke warm.I hope this is not normal and just short handed but it’s a NO for me.
Service was a little slow(er) than normal fast food, but I appreciated the (fresh) taste.
