I placed my order online and allowed 20-30 mins before arriving because of my prior experience waiting past the pick up time at The Liberty Place Location. Upon today’s arrival there was only one worker and he appeared busy so I stood at the pick up side of the counter for 15 minutes. During my wait a second employee appeared and helped the first (with jacket and crossbody bag on) He made smoothies for a woman who arrived after myself and placed her order while there. With two waiting customers and another waiting just to place her order, both employees disappeared to the back for about 5 minutes. The young lady waiting to order left. I stepped up and waiting for them to come back out. Then, the young man with the crossbody bag came back out. He did not acknowledge me at first, then he did. He started our interaction by stating “I’m not on shift but can I help you. I explained that I was waiting for 15 minutes and waited patiently. I wasn’t trying to be a jerk because they appeared busy. He did not apologize (didn’t expect an apology but having worked in the service industry it’s the right thing to do), he jumped right into, I’m not on shift and the guy in the back is opening up or something. Honestly after he made it a point to state “I’m not on shift” for the second time I didn’t hear the rest of his explanation. He ended up making my smoothie but not before stating for a 3rd time, “I’m not on shift but I will make it for you”. After this experience I checked out the reviews and the responses by Smoothie King. They apologize for the inconvenience online. Clearly nothing has changed. Its a shame because their smoothies are very tasty. I love them. If you go to this location, go armed with patience. For context, my app displayed my pick up time at 10:36am. I arrived at 11:01, step over from order pick up side to order side at 11:15 and it was another couple minutes for them to make my smoothie.

Found this little spot in the mall in the morning and ordered a fruit-veggie smoothie and a coffee. I had never tried a coffee smoothie (recommended by the guy working there) and was delicious! I highly recommend -they seem to have a great variety and props to the attendant who make my smoothie (and the cop in front of me ) in record time with a happy smile and very personable. He even gave me a cool take out bag to hold my drinks (ingenious bag btw).

I just ordered a P&B swizzle bowe today from Smoothie King located in the liberty place. The guy who made my bowel before he came to the front he was in the back where I could still see him. The guy put something in the trash can with gloves on and shoved it down to push the rest of the trash down. He than came out hesitated for a moment as though he was going to change his gloves and put on clean ones but never did and precede to make my bowel. I know people will probably say why didn't I say something well I didn't want any confrontation. I spent $ 15 for this bowel and wasn't able to enjoy it. So this is for management please please make sure all of your employees are taking the right precautions to be sanitary, especially when dealing with food of any sort . I would have and will be taking it to corporate.

Employees just walking around in circles with zero motivation/not a care in the world there were half a dozen customers waiting on their orders. After waiting for 15 mins and seeing someone who ordered after me get their order I asked where mime was and 1 of the 3 employees who was mostly doing nothing told me my receipt was lost. The associate begrudgingly made my order after complaining to his teammate so after about 25 mins I received a smoothie.

my bowl wasn't even filled up half way, fenton one is horrible, completly melted to. went to sunset hills this week and it was amazing, filled up to the top. when I went to fenton there was probalby 5 strawberrys in my whole thing I ALSO got extra strawberrys so there Shoudknt of been only 5

I’ve looked all over and this is the best smoothie place in center city by far. First their smoothies are actual smoothies (not just ground up fruit which is useless) and they have every type of flavor or add in you could want ie whey, flax seed, certain vitamins etc.. I have tasted probably 8 different ones and each one has tasted ??. I def recommend ordering ahead (at certain times the line can get long) and also shoutout the manager there is Aces ?? when I order ahead, as soon as I walk up I’m greeted by name and my stuff is ready to go!

Good experience, I can taste real fruit instead of ice. Most of the smoothies are ice based, this one is real deal.

Employees are always rude. Close early all the time. They need to fire everyone and rehire a decent staff.
