Horrible employees including the manager won’t stop running around talking having a good time I’m sitting there waiting for my food and there conversations are more important cursing acting ratchet

The times I've gone in, always around 9 or 10am midweek, service has been quick and friendly. One time they even put together a free mini-cup for my 3 year old when the blender ended up being a little too full with another order. Clean, with very minimal seating. The ACME at Manoa has pretty good coupons for Smoothie King on the back of their receipts, and if you live in the area you might get two-for-one coupons in the mail. It's fairly easy to find a discount here - give them a try when the opportunity to order on the cheap arises.

I got a smoothie today and the girl Samson who was working today on the 15th she do not know how to make a smoothie and I want my 10.68 back it was the worst movie I ever had y'all need people in there who know how to make smoothies

I literally can't give an honest rating because I stopped by at 7:30pm on 8/29/2025 to get a smoothie after work. Walked in and they appeared busy. Three employees, two greeted me which was pleasant... Then I was told they were not taking in-store orders and that I could order online. WTH??? Just lock the door and put sign up with this inconvenience and have two folks make orders and have one deliver them to the door for the online customers.... Such a burn out... Brick & Mortar is becoming a thing of the past... It's a shame...

If I could give the service a 0 I would. The two young women in here took forever just to take the order. They literally were going in slow motion. Most people who came in trying to go order just walked out. They didn’t greet anyone they just stayed on the phone. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to order smoothies. Management needs to drug test because the delay in their motor skills was very concerning.

The Gladiator Smoothie is my favorite! The staff is fast and polite, even when they are crowded.
Had a not so good experience at this location. Arrived at 8:50pm on 6/13. I understand the closing is time is at 9pm. As long as the door is open and it is not 9pm, the customer should be served. The gentleman told me that they were no longer taking in-store or online orders. I respect that employees want to clean up so that they can leave earl, but if the location isn’t closed nor the doors locked but accessible for customers to place an order, a customer should not be declined that privilege. Now this place has lost a customer and money.

Lazy lazy workers .. and it’s dirty in there . Very trash . Why advertise that you close at nine when you can’t take customers after 8:30 . 0/10

Five stars solely for the two ladies working the afternoon shift today, Savannah and I didn't catch the other's name. Despite having to make up for the work the previous shift workers left undone, they still did the best they could to provide us quick and friendly customer service. Kudos to them :)
