Lot of my friends and I appreciate the fact that this smoothie king location opens early in the morning, which is just in time for our post workout protein shake or protein bowl. More smoothie king locations need to open at 7am in the morning!

Although I didn’t get the young ladies name, she informed me she was relatively new to the company and she provided excellent customer service. To me and my daughter. I was having an issue with my rewards, but she was willing to accommodate me and offered me a substitute instead I really appreciate it

I order through the app online and I went to go pick it up and when I got halfway home I realized that the açaà bowl didn’t have all the ingredients that it’s suppose to have. I’m highly disappointed and probably won’t go back because this is not my first time of the workers getting my food wrong!

Today I went to pick up my order for two bowls that I had ordered 20 minutes ago and when I came to pick up the girl I was a little busy, I understood it at the time, but then she started talking on her mobile phone and at that moment I needed to go back to work she did everything VERY SLOW, she gave me one of the two bowls and forgot to make the other, so it took me much longer, I just lost time from my break, I have had better experiences in this king of smoothies, but today it was terrible, I just wasted time and my money
Best happiest guy in world gives quality drinks. What more can you ask for?

Don’t ever come here if you are even slightly on a schedule. Waited about 10 minutes to order and I was first in line. Young girl working was nice and friendly but she was by herself. After placing my order she went on to take 4 other orders. Then on to make my smoothie.
Not her fault at all. I’ve been to about 12 other locations and have never seen an employee by their self. Unacceptable.
