Really liked this place. The bingsu was good and cheap. I believe they are permanently closed now.

I found this place in July 2023, & loved the long list of Taiwanese shaved ices, & some other shaved ice desserts. In August they 'rebranded' & there are just two or three shaved ice desserts, now mostly drinks, & more typical desserts for Chinatown. I'll post the menu in the pictures.
Some starch products are not recommended for people with weak stomachs. These products will swell after absorbing water, block the digestive system, and are not easy to digest. Taro balls and pearls in bubble milk tea have similar properties. They will expand after absorbing water. It is not recommended for those with gastrointestinal problems.
Tastes delicious

Good service. Great taste. Relaxing environment.
F*** all the less than 5 star reviews. This place was on point!! Mango Bing Su was to die for.
The service is so-so, the price is okay, and the taste is okay!
Literally so good. 1 star haters
Very nice dessert
Food was great! I went here 10 months ago. Highly recommend for any sweet tooth. It doesn't look like a place for you to sit down and enjoy it though. The atmosphere was kinda sad. The staff didn't interact much. Still great place overall.

Stop by yesterday had a terrible customer service, the staff at register was rude and short, told me to read the menu when I had questions regarding to the order I placed. Got a special taroball and tofu pudding, took 10 minutes to make it while no body else are in line, not sure how fresh the stuff is but i just opened up the lid, the tofu pudding looks slimy and very disgusting, not feeling comfortable eating it.... This place needs some management and attention.
I bought Bubble tea Bingsu here many times and never had such a bad experience. I am very disappointed. The bowl was smaller, the jelly was yellow and sour I couldn't eat it. In addition, the attitude of the staff was unpleasant when I came to take the order, I waited for nearly 10 minutes and seemed to deliberately ignore me. Overall I am really disappointed with the food and the current service attitude.
Really hit or miss, unfortunately... Place is overdue for some love and care by the owners/management.
Great ice texture for both the Taiwanese shaved ice as well as the Bingsu. Soft and fluffy.HOWEVER!! Place seems unkept and more importantly Cashier had zero customer service. Cold. Felt like we were bothering her. Hate giving small business 3 stars but she killed the whole experience. Retrain or let her go.
Got in here by chance. Loved their ice desserts. A must eat place .
