The restaurant is known for its flavorful cuisine, with dishes like the stewed chicken gravy, which is "jam-packed with flavor" and served with "yams on point". Visitors can also enjoy the oxtail plate with rice & peas & plantains, where the oxtail is falling off the bone and comes with extra gravy. The jerk chicken is "the best in Philly," and the beef patties are a must-try. The Rasta Pasta is very creamy and rich, and the pepper steak is tender and juicy. The Garlic Shrimp and the Red Snapper are absolutely delicious. The fried shrimp is wonderful, and the roti looks SOOO GOOD. Sweet chili wings remain "delectable and not too spicy," and the rum cake is "the best" they've had in a long time. The homemade pineapple ginger and passionfruit drinks are delicious, with the passionfruit being heavenly. The fruit punch is also a favorite. With healthy portions, a clean and organized environment, and warm hospitality from Solange and her staff, Solange Caribbean Cuisine is a must-stop destination.
