Due to covid its drive thru only but the food was hot and fresh. The gentleman that took the order was polite and read the order back to ensure that every detail was correct. They accept exact change in cash at this time so plan ahead. No complaints. Thanks sonic for a great hot meal.

I have only been to this drive thru 1x and I would go back again...Excellent service from beginning to end. The young lady explained the menu to me, suggested which kids meal would be good for the children. (Popcorn chicken instead of Fingers) and she was right, it was a hit with my 3 toddlers. She also knew that I was new to this menu and made my Route 44 blue Raspberry slushies to die for. This evening was wonderful and the young lady working there was Exceptional and above her pay grade...Thank you for a mist wonderful customer experience...if she READS this it was the lady that got the cherries in her route 66 or 44...lol

Food is good and servers but the girl who takes your order at the drive thru is terrible one of the worst I’ve ever encountered in my life. I could barely hear her, not because of the speaker but because she mumbles and talks quietly and slowly. All of that on top of no manners.not to mention the fact that I waited in line 30 minutes no exaggeration.

The first two times I was upset I've never eaten Sonic cheeseburgers before. They take so long in the drive through that I had to leave because I only get 30 minutes lunch break. But this brick and cheeseburgers sold delicious I had to give them 5 stars

Pushed the button to the outside menu. You would think that the person taking the trash out and passed would say we are not doing business at the outside menu or put signs on them if they aren't working. I really wanted a milkshake. I know better next time.

I Was craving sonic but this location is terrible waited in the drive thru for 35 mins before we drove off. There was 4 cars infront of us so we would've been there forever.

Waited in line for 20 minutes without moving. When we finally got to place our order and was waiting again we were approached by someone working there asking if the drink he was carrying was ours, it was not. When we got to the window to pay and pick up our good we were read an order from a receipt that wasn’t even close to what we ordered. Then a woman came to the window yelling that I ordered chili cheese fries when we ordered chili cheese tots. After going back and forth with her a few times with her insisting I asked for fries I asked if I could get tots she said sure and slammed the window closed. By this time I was so frustrated I drove off without our food and went to a competitor and received excellent customer service.
Came for a quick bite after being outside for a while. The drive-thru was bombarded with cars. We had ordered our meal in the drive-in and you could tell the staff were very busy what looked like all afternoon. The service from receiving our meal and getting straws for our drinks got a little messy. But in the end, the food was satisfyng and I still love the Sonic signature limeades!

The food was good our first time there but the next time we went there they had 2 cars blocking the entrance and exit like ghetto and they were not suppose to close til 11 never in my life seen no ghetto stuff like this

Our wait was ridiculously long in the drive through, just to get order and twice as long to receive our food. When it arrived, it was warm at best. It was our first time there. May try again at another location.
