Don't believe the hype. Rude staff, place smelled like sewage and the cheesesteak was pretty mid. Save yourself a headache and head to the reading terminal and get one from Spataros they actually deserve a 5 star rating. Highly disappointed in this place , maybe just a tourist trap.

I was a little disappointed after traveling from DC to order cheesesteak sandwiches. I thought the sandwiches would be bigger and with more meat.

Top notch service! Location was a close walk to other attractions in the area. Staff were all super friendly, and the food is amazing! Three of us ordered cheese steaks, all three of us loved them! They were the best we have ever had! Also ordered a grilled cheese which was thoroughly enjoyed as well. Seating within the restaurant can be a little challenging, but did not dampen our experience at all. Definitely stop if you are in the area!

The place was packed. Maybe a twenty wait aligned including waiting in line to order. Get the added cheese and thank me later. Eat outside to take in OldCity.
a fast food shop. Based on the over 5,000 reviews, I wanted to give it a try, but I don’t know if it’s because there’s not enough cheese or the meat isn’t juicy enough, so it doesn’t taste amazing. Tastes a little dry? The portion wasn't very large, so I felt a bit empty after eating.

Had a regular cheesesteak and a loaded cheesesteak with pickled sweet peppers!! Everything was fresh, great prices, friendly employees and very clean! Total package ?
