Tasty food and friendly service. They were pretty crowded and we didn’t think to make a reservation so, in the future, I would make sure to do that. We (party of two) were still seated in under 15 minutes and food came quickly as well. Affordable! Good variety of options for vegetarians too.

I ordered a bunch of items on Grubhub and scheduled for pickup hours later. I drove over an hour to get to the Washington Ave area to pick up groceries and to wait around for the order to be ready. I even drove around the traffic congested Washington Ave area just to give them more time to complete the order.
When my promise time came, my entire order was cancelled by the restaurant and they did not call me to tell me why. I called them to ask and they had no real explanation besides telling me to reorder on DoorDash. I told them I drove a long way and waited my time for the entire order and the guy on the phone just said Uh sorry. Thank you for that, can I eat it?
What a waste of my time and gas and the anticipation of eating this food for the first time. I hope anyone who sees this immediately thinks of unsavory practices by this restaurant to push customers to certain platforms without letting customers know first. The restaurant business is fickle and we have all seen our favorite restaurants come and go. A lack of respect for new customers, questionable business practices, and sitting on your reputation is how I will sum up Sophie’s Kitchen. I have also attached the screenshot from Grubhub to show that the restaurant cancelled the order by saying they were closed in the middle of the day on Monday, what a joke, beware of this establishment. I would give zero stars if possible.

Really good food, though you likely have to be familiar with the menu to order well. We were fortunate to get the stuffed wings (apparently they don't make them all the time), they were great. Highly recommended and there's parking at the grocery store lot behind as well.

Amazing food and great service! We had never eaten at this type of cuisine, so we asked our waiter. His recommendations were great and he brought our soups in the right order to maximize our enjoyment. We did not take beautiful food pictures because we were too busy enjoying our meal!
