Southside Pizza - 20th St.

Had to get this off my chest.. I like this place but my baked ziti had a piece of a plastic fork in it. Let's just say it wasn't pleasant. The counter person offered me a new ziti but I declined.

Mistakes like this can happen. I just don't think anyone else deserves it so please guys you can do better.

Completely unprofessional people one of the girls name Aisha or Anisha whoever was working on shift 10 pm Saturday September 28 she was so rude rolling her eyes acting very tough with me acting like she wanted to throw hands or something . I explained to her I was pregnant she still talking about I don’t have hands to back myself up talking about physically fighting ? She can’t have a normal conversation without using violence and her boss Ralph defended her the entire time she should be fired that is not how you treat people at all .

What is disappointing is that I’ve ordered from this restaurant before I am literally in the Carson building at fifth and Spring Garden there at 20th St. they are literally five blocks from me and because I wanted to order directly from them they said they don’t deliver that far, and was they always deliver for DoorDash?

My buffalo wings were as crunchy as the celery,, it was fried so hard , or refried, there was no chicken to put your teeth in.

The pizza tastes good. The price was crazy! No more Southside for me!!!

I order a veggie pizza @ 9:17 it is 10 20 no pizza I call like 6 times no one answer and they closing at 11 pm

So freaking rude and unprofessional I will be at the store to collect my money

Ordered pizza, wings, and a chicken cutlet hoagie tray. Everything was fresh and delivered on time. Food was delicious, everyone at the party loved it

They allow trash to pile up on their sidewalk and parking lot. Management does not seem to care or do anything about it.I heard that previous management kept things neat, organized, and cared more about the community. Not sure why management changed for the worse.Food is also not that good. You're better off going walking to south street.

I called to place and order ask two questions and the rude young lady answers where like I was bothering her. No thanks have good day . Rude

they were very unprofessional, very rude and left a message on the receipt that was so uncalled for when they could’ve just decline our service we never had no problems with them, never was rude to delivery service no bad complaints until now .then delivered a 2Ltr bottle with a hole in it.
