Had the salmon cheesesteak and was just blown away. Truly the best thing you can put between two slices of bread. I'll be coming back as often as I can.

The food was not good. Barely seasoned and the sister who answered the phone was not the best with customer service. Most likely won't buy again and I spent about $56

The food is good however I shouldn't have to call if I'm hungry and just stop by. I have been to the Woodland Ave location several times during regular business hours and they were closed like today September 1, 2022 at 5:00pm. Not the first time probably not the last.

Stopped here for lunch with my family on the way to the Simeone Foundation (racing car) Museum. Had some of the most unique and delicious halal food ever! We ordered a steak sandwich (lean and juicy), chicken fried rice (flavorful and full of veggies), salmon burger (so fresh and served with the crispiest waffle fries we’ve ever tasted), and a fish hoagie (huge serving of perfectly fried whiting). The two cousins who run the place are warm and accommodating. They were playing Guy Fieri on the tv, and we wished them a visit from his DDD crew!

I have used this restaurant at its prior location and its recent one and has always been satisfied. I order food to add to my iftars during Ramadan and again always satisfied. Very good service along with good tasting food.

Tough to give a rating because I was unable to get food. I'd rather talk to owner. After reading reviews I decided to place an order. (I love salmon cheese steak.) I tried to place an order at 7:20 I was told I couldn't get it because the grill was broke down already. (Being cleaned) The hour posted was 9p. I'd still like to try, just curious as to why it was shut down a hour and a half early.

I had buffalo chicken egg rolls and they were literally so good I wanted second & thirds. Very kind people. They could used more employees but they were still efficient with just a few.

We got cheese steak and fried chicken rice. Steak sub was ok 6/10 but fired chicken rice was not good And we couldn’t eat that at all. Drove from NYC, don’t think I will come again

Really liked the philly cheese steak and fries. Staff was polite and courteous. Would definitely eat from this restaurant again. Portion size was really good as well.

The “owner” of the store came from the back of the store with my food in his hand licking the bbq sauce off his thumb from my platter when i said something he said he didn’t see an issue , if he did that infront of me just imagine what they doing in that kitchen EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK !! i called LNI hopefully they fix the problem

Food was good but very disappointed because I used my new debit card in there and all of a sudden I had fraud against my account. For that reason I will never go there again. That was the only place I went to. I get alerts when I use my card so I was able to stop before they caused further damage.

Didn't get to try what I wanted because they ran out but the chicken cheese steak I got was really good. Bakery was closed too. Hope to come back and try everything I want.

This is one of the best places you can get food. The staff is very welcoming.

UPDATE: Had to come back and update. Despite the customer service issue, the food was most definitely good so I’ll chalk this one up to hopefully an isolated issue. Also, the owner’s prompt response was also a plus. Looking forward to supporting again and getting better customer service from staff next time around.Haven’t even gotten my food yet and already turned off by the customer service. Ordering through Ubereats. After having to cancel my first order because of out of stock items, I try to place a different order in an effort to still support. After getting the same out of stock message, I call to see what’s in stock instead of cancelling a second order. The guy who answered starts telling me stuff that’s not even on the Ubereats app but I’m still listening. Then, he hits me with “well order what you want but I can’t tell you the whole menu on the phone” after I explained that I was calling to see what I could order since I keep getting the out of stock message. Who talks to people like they’re being inconvenienced when the restaurant is the one with a bunch of stuff out of stock? So I say again “I’m only asking because of the message I got”. Then he says “it’s some things are out of stock and it’s an off day but we do have stuff”. As if that wasn’t the point of my call. I’m really praying this food is worth it.

MashAllah! This is the best soul food I ever had! The facts that it’s halal makes it better! We enjoyed their bbq chicken platter and the surf and turf burger is a HIT. Mouth watering food presented by the wonderful staff is always a plus! I look forward to eating here again! If your craving A1 soul put this in your GPS right now.
