I dined here for a friends birthday dinner and overall enjoyed my experience. We were a large party but the staff here did extremely well with serving us. They greeted us politely and sat us down as soon as we walked in. I loved the atmosphere and music they played in the background as well! Some really good 90s-early 2000s R&B! The food was really good as well. The portion sizes they give are huge for the prices they charge. I had the dry pepper wings, miso soup, and shrimp. Everything was seasoned well and fulfilling. The only complaint I would have are some of the non alcoholic drinks. The lemonade was entirely too sweet as well as the mango citrus drink. Other than that, everything was good and I'd recommend dining here!

Great restaurant. Family owned restaurant. Be patient because it is the family who greets, prepares food and seats everyone. Great energy, delicious food. I had Chicken Lettuce wraps, pork dumping with chili oil and shrimp fried rice. Highly recommend. I look forward to visiting this restaurant when I return to Philly. Enjoy!

I grabbed lunch here and the deals were awesome! The portions are large and the food is fresh, so you could definitely split a plate. From the street, it looks pretty plain, but once you're inside, it has a cool, hip bar atmosphere.

They do charge a 3% surcharge for credit cards so bring cash if you want to avoid this.

Good food. There was only one server for the entire restaurant so the wait was a bit long. The food was good. Drinks were also good. Would visit again.

So ya'll listen. When I tell you this believe me Spice28 is the spot! The food drinks and vibe is top tier. The happy hour menu is a great introduction of the amazing full menu. Ya listen Spice also has Happy Hour on. Saturdays which is almost unheard of in these Philly streets lol. I recommend the spicy cumber sald. The shrimp or chicken basil fried rice and the lettuce wraps! When I tell if the food makes you wanna dance you know it's GOOD! Get to stepping and check Spice28 out. Tell them Sean sent you!

Spice 28 is over hype they wild shrimps were so bland no seasoning at all the dry wings was great and the drinks are awesome. I give this place a 5/10 I won’t return.

Love the vibe and atmosphere, beautiful interior, food is to die for with each bite, and the service is quick and constant, the food is also well priced. Can't wait to go again.

Asian cuisine is great, service is very attentive.
I live in NJ and have patronized this establishment several times in the past few months - when I think about Asian food while in Philadelphia, Spice is my go to place. I have also dined at the NY location - excellent overall.
