It was amazing

I’ve been here multiple times and last night was my worst experience yet. Me and my friends spent $500 on a section for nye. The section came with two bottles and hookah. We were there for a while and had to go to the bathroom. We still had a whole bottle of don julia and a hookah left. Before we went to the bathroom my boyfriend informed one of the workers that we weren’t leaving and to please watch our stuff at the section, the worker said ok. When we got back from the bathroom everything was gone and one of the workers claimed that they resold the section. We talked to multiple workers before speaking to the manger about our stuff being taken. The manger said she would check the cameras to look for who took the bottle. After she supposedly checked the cameras the man who was asked to watch our stuff came back and claimed there was nothing in our don julio bottle when we never touched it and that they wouldn’t give us a refund. We were extremely disappointed our money basically went down the drain. Will never go here again

I'll never go to that lounge again! Customer service is bad asf! We sat there for good 30 mins and waitress was acting like she didn't see us. We got upset while leaving that's when they decide to serve us but we left anyways.

The atmosphere was ok, the service was ok but I didn't like that the chef said he had everything on the menu for everything I name, them not to have. I also don't like that the $2 gratuity added on to each item is listed after I gave a generous tip and had to ask why the price is different than listed. The food was cool. If I was in the mood for what I was forced to choose from id be more happier. 🤷🏾‍♀️ would I come order again, yes if someone had a party that forced me to come, but to choose to come on my own....🤣🤣 faaawk no. I hate that we can't just pick a price and stick to it. I hate that we penny pinch for more, and I hate that we make ppl feel like they are tripping or less than just because we question it. I think the service was the best part of my night. The female never gave me any attitude. She, is why I would come back honestly. She was pretty and didn't have a stank attitude. 🙌🏾🫶🏾 GO sis ‼️👌🏾

OMG whatta vibe in here. I wasn't sure what to expect not my usual scene but I trusted my good buddy JG (who is HOT ladies but we are just friends sadly) and he told me that it would be an experience!! It sure was. Probably one of the best times I've had in a while. Drinks were perfect, Bartender was fun and easy on the eyes, Cool Staff and clientele. Plus I must mention - I. Truly. Loved. NYCE Meals- seriously.good.food! Perfect collaboration here. Truly a Fun Unique Experience. I'll be back. Thank you.

First of all it wasn’t about the money they didn’t expect for us to have the money but they talking about sections booked up now yall we some big girls we wouldn’t fit in a small section one of the workers tired get smart but like I said to her she had braces I think and with a black dress on .. they was tryna charge us 375 for small section than she talking about she told my sister whole the girl with the black drsss never came back and said anything we spent $20At the door & 30On hookah but didn’t have no where for us to sit at I will never come back they very unprofessional and that’s that !!!

I would give this place no stars but this place was horrible. They are very disorganized and unprofessional! They need to learn good costumer service skills but they’re too money hungry!! My friends & I bought a section there was 10 of us for a birthday. We damn near took up two sections so we thought that’s what they gave us because we weren’t fitting in one section. We got 4 hookahs, two bottles, food, and mixers from the bar, not even a hour later we’re getting kicked out the section telling us to squeeze into the one section which is not happening. (We took up two sections next to each other). As we’re trying to move everything over, the manager's or security whoever these people were spilled our drinks kept putting there hands on us telling us to move! They cleared a section for a group of men to sit lol.. First of all were women second accommodate accordingly for your paying costumers!!!! On top of everything we already paid for we all paid $20 to even get in after buying the section. I should’ve asked for my $20 back and went tf home! Thank god some kind gentleman next to us let some of us sit with them next to are original section or I would’ve. After that whole thing I will be never coming back! You’re better off in center city or something if you wanna come to Philly and go out.

It’s a vibe all the time

Everytime I been there it's always calm and relaxing. They always have live music.

The food lady was on her job, drinks are huge but slightly watered down
