I ended up having a good time going out to watch the Eagle's game at S & S so I'm glad I went. However, there were a few issues that I encountered so I wanted to offer some suggestions. It was busy when I went to see the game, so I understand why the service may be slow, but at least offer customers a drink quickly. If that is a challenge, at least offer water. Once we were able to put our food order in, the wait time was reasonable, but it did take a while to have the order taken. Also, the oil that the wings were fried in needed to be changed which caused the taste of the wings to be off. Third, if customers are looking for a less smokey part of the club, I suggest requesting to sit on the sides of the club, although this view of the large TVs won't be as good. Other than that there does not seem to be a way to avoid the smoke that comes in from the casino. The staff were friendly and accommodating so that was a plus.

There is bad service and then there is this place. Multiple TVs and tables but my god we sat here for an hour and no one came to serve us. Then someone said there’s one server. Good idea on a Sunday during football season at 1pm.

I really love sports and social sports bar, especially because of how the workers treat you with respect, kindness and patience, especially Chris the manager. Awesome fellow. I only met him a couple times but the treatment that he gave me was above and beyond. Yesterday I was served by Teddy and he was awesome and Chris just came up to say hi and shake my hand and I like that and he called me by my name. A lot of times we go different places and you did such a cold shoulder. The way I'm treated as social Philly at this point now you can you can that's why I keep going back. All of the employees should be commended that work there
Parking: When you have the eagles games they do charge you to enter the garage but it gets put back onto your Live card as free play. That's a very good idea. That way you don't feel like you lost money

It was my first time at Live Casino. Visited Sports and Social for a lunch date. Alliah A was our server. She was very helpful. Answered all of our questions. Wings were great! The Social margaritas were my #1 favorite. I have a birthday coming in a couple of weeks and will definitely be returning for some LIVE action!!!!

I showed up i drove in town from Atlanta to Philly where im from onNeverly to get a email a hour before stating the reservation i booked only for 100.00 was changed to 500.00 what a disappointment. This Place need to be ashamed i didn't want to ruin are Family trip so we went to Chickie and Pete's where i had no reservation and got a section without a problem. Sports and social what a waist of time.

Well i had made reservations for 6 and the table i picked was $100 then this morning around 1130 i received a email saying it's $400 like how does it go from $100 to $400 with the same table it wasn't a booth or anything and it was away game and i had invited people. That was horrible i will never attend this place again

Service was incredibly slow and we asked for our order of french fries twice - they never came and we had to ask them to remove it from the bill. Sandwiches were decent and 22 oz beers were served in 2 glasses (~16 oz and ~ 6oz)...very strange. Would I eat here again? Probably not but we needed someting relatively close to Lincoln Financial Field and this served its purpose.

The food here was great, I really loved the chicken bacon tacos. The service however really needs some help. Everything took forever, we waited over ten minutes just for someone to come to our table and take a drink order. After a while we finally got our drinks and then didn't see our waitress for another 40 minutes when she finally brought our food. Including the appetizer that was hard and dried out and cold from just sitting out. We didn't see her again until long after we finished our food. We would have loved to order a couple more rounds and some dessert but at that point we were mad and out of time. Our waitress never apologized for the wait but did take the time to complain about other tables and her shift. The only time she cracked a smile was handing us the bill. We watched another group be sat at a booth near us that was filled with trash, the people said something as they were being sat and the hostess just walked off. All we could do is laugh at that poin. This could have been a really cool place but after that experience I wouldn't want to bring people there.

I have been here a few times. It is a great place to pregame and/or watch sporting events. I have only had a bunch of the appetizers, and all were really good. The drinks were good, and so was the service. We like to meet here before concerts or events.
Wheelchair accessibility: all on ground floor no issues with wheel chair
First time here and did not know what to expect. The service was a little slow but the food was very, very good. I have Celiac disease (food allergy) but they have numeorus items on the menu that are GF. I had the mexican bowl and it was terrific. My friend had the taco's and love them

I appreciate the fact they were able to accommodate the extra seating for the add on guests. But... the food was below average. We spent in total 1200. Mostly on food. When I say cold nachos and fries, dry wings, dry salads and a wrap with zero flavor. I ordered a drink that taste different each time it was made. Never finished them because of the inconsistency but needed to order due to the table minimums. Friendly staff, good service but at that cost, next time we will have a gathering at home or elsewhere.

** Warning ** If your not local to the area/restaurant - be careful. To eat there they charged me $40 to PARK! All we wanted to do was have a bite and they charge me to park? I checked with the front desk and they did nothing. Said a "special event". How am I supposed to know that? Had I known I would have reserved a different restaurant and eaten somewhere else.

the burgers were horrible. No seasoning. ordered them well done which ended up as burned on the outside and medium in the middle. Half the fries on my order were hot and crisp but half were cold and limp. I get a better burger and fries at applebees. What a waste of money. Next time I will wait in the long line for pizza. I noticed a review from 2 weeks prior where managment answered "sorry" and "thanks for bringing it to our attention". Well clearly they don't utilize these reviews to make improvements.
