Went there this morning. One register. The staff were talking and slow moving for morning rush. I just without placing my order. They need another register and sense of urgency for getting customers out the door.

I did a large walk in order and the staff wasn’t thrilled about it. I am sure it came as a surprise when so many people order online. I did however watch the staff very professionally handle someone’s irrational complaint about their egg sandwich. So hats off to them!

I’m so mad. I waited 10 minutes for a STALE and untoasted bagel that cost me $15. And when the screen turned for the tip it started at 20%. For what?! A stale bagel. I’m pissed. This is a joke.

Good bagels. Overpriced. Bagels should not be overpriced, but because their poppy seed bagels have a lot of poppy seeds on them, I overlook it and enjoy going with my friend, we've been going since freshman year. Seasonal cream cheese is ALWAYS berry (Cinnamon and Strawberry are amazing but I haven't had them in over a year, always mixed berry, stop asserting that a seasonal cream cheese exists if it is always mixed berry.)
Most importantly this place is NEVER open when they say they should be. On three separate occasions within a two week period, my friend and I came here trying to get a bagel, closed every time.
I thought because it said wood fired bagels they would be better, but it was very soft and almost cake like texture- not chewy like a proper bagel should be. Veggie cream cheese was orange with tomatoes in it, not like regular veggie cream cheese that usually has chopped scallions and peppers. Not worth nearly 7 dollars for a very simple bagel with cream cheese that wasn’t very good
The best bagel I had

Customer service was great. However, the sandwiches were sad. Spent $18.50 for egg on only half the bagel and a comically thin layer of cream cheese. Usually sandwiches are better, but this missed the mark. Brought back for a refund without a problem.
