I order a Cheeseburger platter. IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!. I asked for mayo fried onions and ketchup on it. I received raw onions no mayo and no ketchup. The bun was stale and the fries were old and cold.

Was told my wait would be less than 2 minutes. I waited over 25. When I voiced my displeasure, I was told I “have to wait like everyone else” and that it was not their fault for the lengthy delay. This seems extremely rude and shows a complete lack of regard for basic customer service skills. At the minimum, I could have gotten an apology as I was on an extreme time crunch. I guess it’s “not my fault” someone didn’t teach the cashier elementary school math. Even a kindergartener will tell you 25 minutes is way longer than 2
I ordered a pizza to take away and when I got home there was grease everywhere and even the seat of my vehicle where I put the pizza had grease.

I spent 27 dollars on 4 chicken tenders and 6 wings, both was trash and they forgot my sauce , who eats chicken tenders with out sauce.

Just left the store, I ordered a tuna hoagie/grinder the hoagie had no cheese melted on top, I also ordered a small waffle fries cooked lightly (not hard) the fries was cooked very hard. I usually check my takeout order, but I didn't this time, boy did I regret that.

The women who answer the phones are idiots! The food is good but the service is horrible!! I placed my order tonight for $65.83 and after an hour of waiting I finally called and was told that the order was never processed. Then I was hung up on. When I called back my call went to voicemail. When I used my fiancé’s phone I was told that I was being given a refund then I was hung up on again. These women are fools and should be fired immediately. The saga continues. Well, 5 days later and still no refund of $65.83. My fiancé and I returned to Stacey’s Pizza on Haverford Ave. today and asked to speak with the manager. The girl at the front told us he was not there but in the hospital. When we explained our dilemma she told us to call the 1-800 number for a company called Slice. She never gave us the rest of the digits but told us to get out and not come back. So in addition to being RUDE, IGNORANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL they are now THIEVES!! Please I beg of you don’t order food from this establishment unless you want a lot of drama.
