The customer service can use some vast improvement along with the method of payment and the cost. Never again.

Food is always wonderful here and the staff are always very friendly. Fries are the bomb!!

Delivery is horrible, they will yell at you if they cant find parking. Its not my issue where you park or if you dont want a 35 dollar ticket., im just a customer. I shouldnt be asked to meet on walnut street if im indoors on locust walk. (Why would i leave work to WALK to pick up my food from a delivery driver..) Your job is delivery, you should evaluate the fine print before you take a job, but you got the right one. Throw the food and the store away.

Came to pick up an order. Was not a pizza and easily would fit in my bike basket. Employees refused to service me. Discrimination!!!

Had forgot about them. Ordered a Stromboli. Very good, not too salty or too spicy. Fresh dough as well. Fast delivery. Food was hot when it arrived. Customer service was great.

The time and I spend my money all the time there says it nothing they can do. This place has no loyalty to returning customers and their food is actually getting bad. I just wanted a salad because I was running late for work and it’s on my way and he basically brushed me off just take it off because it was your mistake. This place has gone down I would not recommend it if it was not

Stars. When you eat somewhere and you are a returning customer just make sure the loyalty lies there they are making money off of you and a lot of these places just like this one really don’t care.

This food is only good if you have the munchies. If you try to eat it sober, you will be disappointed, especially considering how over priced it is. I got a pepperoni pizza and it was completely flavorless. No herbs or seasoning on the crust. Should’ve went to allegro's.
