Took forever. When I finally got my drink, it was too hot to hold in my hand even with a sleeve. When I finally risked taking a sip, it is unpalatable. They were so confused, I'm pretty sure they just dumped 4 extra shots on top of the 4 I ordered in a simple mocha, with no freaking milk. Seriously worst espresso drink experience in my life.

A lovely interior and friendly employees greeted me as I entered. I ordered an Iced Chai Latte with a shot of espresso and everything was good so far. I came here to work on making magnets and to watch a movie on my tablet. The music was loud and discordant. Is this a concert I am attending or a café was my question as I decided to write this review. People come to cafes like this to read, relax, converse, study, write, listen to music or watch some videos. We don’t come for a concert being played by the baristas or whatever the Starbucks DJ decided that day, whoever it is. The sound decibel of the music is quite loud, so loud that as I watch my movie on my tablet with earphones I have to turn it up to the max volume to not hear the music being played above me.

I came here the other day since I was in the area, and I decided to try the blackberry sage lemonade refresher, and it was really good and it was made well too. The staff were very nice and friendly, the store was clean too. Will definitely be back again.

Newly remodeled, looks nice. That's where the positive part of this review ends. Very slow service. What makes the slow service worse, they gave me the wrong drink twice. Ordered caramel brulee latte, received a chestnut praline latte. Brought it to their attention and they said they will make a new drink. 10 minutes later I received a caramel macchiato. At least they got the caramel part correct.

I truly appreciate the prime location of the establishment, as it offers easy access and a vibrant atmosphere. However, during my recent visit, I encountered a few issues that, if addressed, could greatly improve the overall experience.

After placing my order, I was disappointed to learn that the drink I had selected was unavailable, which was quite inconvenient. It would have been helpful if there had been a notice about out-of-stock items on the menu or if the staff could suggest alternatives that would have enhanced my experience.

Furthermore, I observed that the cleanliness of the table and floor left much to be desired. There were crumbs and spills on the table, and the floor appeared to have not been swept recently. A little more attention to these cleanliness details would significantly elevate the dining environment and make guests feel more comfortable.

With improvements in these areas, the establishment could undoubtedly enhance its appeal and provide a more enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Ok, the staff is friendly, the coffee is great! Now, because it is smack in between the hospital & Perelman Center etc.. it’s SUPER BUSY & parking is not available unless you park in a garage which will cost.
