I don't tend to work in this particular location because the music is often quite loud, but I always come to this store to pick up my coffee, even though there is another Starbucks closer to me, because the bartistas are so lovely. I appreciate the welcome at the counter, the sweet messages on the cups, and that my go-to custom drink is always made perfectly. quick drink pickup is a bright spot in my day 😊

Very great customer service but unfortunately the drinks are not the best. I’ve tried a few of their Starbucks drinks hoping that the last was just one bad drink, but every drink hasn’t really been great. They all are watery lacking flavor.

Came in for a bottle of water and was told they had none in stock. So I asked if I could get a cup of water since they had none. Barista told me I had to pay for the bottle of water they didn’t have in order to get the free cup of water. Like where is the customer service. No name or message on the cup either. At least I got my my points for the bottle of water or should I say for the cup of tap water.

Baristas here are always super nice in my experience. The new matcha recipe is so so good, it's an amazing rich green color and the ratio of powder to liquid is just right. With strawberry foam on top, it's better than most dedicated matcha shops. The baristas deserve recognition!

I didn't enjoy my experience here. It was over crowded and no seatings. The food was noticablely frozen before served. The staff was not friendly and made me very uncomfortable.

Not a very busy store. This store has tables for workers and laptop users. This is one place that has always made me feel important. The customer service is the best out of every place I have been in Philadelphia. All the staff is amazing. I try to find new places , but always getting a smile makes it hard not to walk in. It speaks a lot about their leader. Great job GM. You deserve a raise.

Two people looking for free water cut in line and they just allowed it. No one paid attention. Then they made a cup of coffee out of what is basically a kureg and handed me a short cup of cream, wasting most of it.
