I ordered a grande pumpkin spice latte with light cream, and my drink seemed quite light when I picked it up. I didn’t really bother to check it until I got home, which is only a block away from Starbucks. When I took the lid off to cool it down, this is what I found. Has someone already drank from this before my pickup, or does Starbucks have a new policy of not filling drinks to the brim anymore?

The staff are super friendly and know many regulars on a first name basis. The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. This is a fabulous location with awesome people.

I’ve been here twice and ordered at the counter. Both times took an excessive amount of time to get a drink but today it took 25 minutes! 6 employees, 1 making drinks, 1 at the register and 4 standing around. Insane.

This renovated Starbucks is great! The staff are very friendly. The Starbucks has a lot more space for the flow of traffic. The space is entirely wheelchair accessible but there is a dedicated table just for wheelchair accessibility. I did not check the bathroom to see if it is wheelchair accessible.
I believe this store has online mobile ordering but I did not try it.

Out with our friends on a very busy day. Everyone was feeling worn out from all of the activity, so we stopped here to take a break. Inside we all ordered coffee drinks and gazed at the sweet things for sale. Were not tempted, just coffee.

I love the morning crew in this place. They all get along with each other and are courteous and friendly to the customers. I was in there one morning, and I swear it was over 100 degrees. That crew was in full sweat (as was I), but erybody just kept pleasantly pushing forward and getting out every different kind of coffee you could think of. They ROCK! Give them all a raise!!! (And working air conditioning)

My visit was around 10 or 10.30am Jan 15, ‘24
First off they let people come inside with dogs. This is a food establishment, not a zoo. The fact that dogs are in here is a health code violation and disgusting.
Second, the bathroom is very dimly lit and no TP. It did have a keypad and the workers gave me the code no problem.
