Local businesses should uplift their workers, not push them to strike. Baristas deserve living wages, reasonable scheduling, and dignity on the job. I’ll gladly return once this shop demonstrates real respect for its employees.
The service and food here was terrible don’t waste your money

Why is it that every starbucks is awful now! This company can't get anything right! How hard is it to make a simple sugar free latte?! Really disappointed

I've visited this place twice.
Tried the lavender matcha as made which was just okay.
Couldn't taste either the lavender cream flavor nor the matcha.
Ended up thinking I should have just gone with my customary matcha order.
Second time, I ordered my customized blonde espresso.
It missed as well.
Tasted nothing like what I actually ordered and I wound up going back to the store and asking the guy there to correct my drink which he did by just adding a few pumps of syrup to the drink I already had but it didn't fix the issue whatever that was.
I still have no idea but I just know it was made all wrong.
I didn't even finish the drink which NEVER happens ever lol.
Oh well, I do love Starbucks and prefer it over DD any day so I'm sure I'll be back and just hope for the best on my next go.
There has to be a barista here that can get it right!
Place was decent and people were dining.
Bathroom was gross and there was no soap to wash hands.
If there were a DD somewhere in the vicinity, I'd prolly go there instead of this particular location. 🤷🏾♀️

Had a quick lunch break here just before class. Everyone was super nice and all my items were quickly procured lol. It's a chain so it's hard to go wrong, consistency is key! This would a good location for studying/working I'll definitely be back soon!

Went in to pick up a mobile order waited at the counter for a few than asked the associate by the name of Sade if she can check to see if my order was bagged up. She looked at me shook her head and mumbled something and continued to do what she was doing for about 3 minutes. I stood patiently until another associate came over and assisted me. This was very very rude of her. If you don't want to work, get out of the service industry

This is one of nicest Starbucks I have ever seen. Nice artworks and comfortable chairs. Ample space. In close proximity to the Barnes Foundation, the Degas Museum, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and the Franklin Institute. Also close to the Parkway Central Library.

I ordered a grande pumpkin spice latte with light cream, and my drink seemed quite light when I picked it up. I didn’t really bother to check it until I got home, which is only a block away from Starbucks. When I took the lid off to cool it down, this is what I found. Has someone already drank from this before my pickup, or does Starbucks have a new policy of not filling drinks to the brim anymore?
The staff are super friendly and know many regulars on a first name basis. The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. This is a fabulous location with awesome people.

I’ve been here twice and ordered at the counter. Both times took an excessive amount of time to get a drink but today it took 25 minutes! 6 employees, 1 making drinks, 1 at the register and 4 standing around. Insane.
