One of my favorite Starbucks in the world - they were my go-to through the whole pandemic. Don’t go as much since I usually go to more locally owned options, but they open at 5am which is amazing on the days I am out and about before everyone else opens at 7am/8am

I enjoy this store and the staff very much. However, for the past few days I’ve noticed the store has been extremely hot because the AC unit is out. While the portable units are facing out at us (the customers), I worry about the staff in these conditions. It has been hot outside and it will be for the foreseeable future and I think it is unfair for the staff to be expected to work under these conditions. I like this store, but management, corporate, or whoever else needs to more care of their staff. The frontline staff is the backbone to any corporation and they should not be subjected to this treatment. Do better!

The A/C has been out for three days in this store and all portable units are pointed out towards the customers. Staff are still working and are in DENIM PANTS. Absolutely appalling treatment of staff, do better and treat your workers fairly and safely!

We were just visiting as tourists, but our experience at this Starbucks stood out thanks to the incredible manager on duty. He was exceptionally kind, respectful, and remarkably attentive throughout our visit 2025 May 25. We had the pleasure of meeting him at another location previously, and once again, he proved to be consistently helpful, professional, and genuinely welcoming every single time. His positive energy and dedication to excellent customer service truly make him one of the best Starbucks managers we’ve ever encountered. Absolutely outstanding!

Sydney is a lovely asset to your store. Cheerful, nice little notes on the cup, big smile. Other hosts were also pleasant, store was clean, music entertaining, and of course, good coffee. Made our day to have a little rest in the relaxing atmosphere. Lorraine and Larry from Indiana!

Ordered 2 coffees on UberEats, whoever was the one who placed the drinks in the bag, completely messed the order up. They put two refreshers and a latte. Currently, waiting for my refund via UberEats, and I called the Starbucks and the lady on the phone stated it was the delivery drivers fault but I doubt that since the bag was taped closed. Bag had my name on it too, he said he just grabbed it after clarifying if it was mine with them. SMH… I really needed that coffee too haha. Do better people!

Why is your restroom closed? It’s 2025, I was one of 5 customers. I stopped in on my way out of town for an Americano and to use the restroom only to be denied by the staff. Really? 3 employees working, 5 customers and I’m told “our bathroom is still closed”?????? Do better. If you don’t have an operating public restroom don’t open.
