Why is your restroom closed? It’s 2025, I was one of 5 customers. I stopped in on my way out of town for an Americano and to use the restroom only to be denied by the staff. Really? 3 employees working, 5 customers and I’m told “our bathroom is still closed”?????? Do better. If you don’t have an operating public restroom don’t open.

Overall, the customers, the Black young lady who was my cashier, and the male barista were all very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, the barista actively filling orders as I awaited mine seemed to be overworked and overwhelmed in general and by her work responsibilities, especially. 🥴 As I witnessed her (lack of) interactions with and acknowledgement of other patrons who were trying to be courteous by simply asking for additional cream in their drink or notifying her that they were cleaning a spill that was made due to her not securely fastening a lid on an iced coffee, I could tell it would be futile to interact with her in any way and much less give thanks for completing my order. She misidentified my order with another person’s as she placed each on the counter and was just wholly disengaged. I think management should keep her as an order filler because she worked quickly; but certainly not as a customer-facing employee. 👀

Not all Starbucks are the same. Today while touring the city, we stumbled into this Starbucks for a warm treat. Justin was our barista. Talk about a kind and generous soul. He was very welcoming and engaging with customers. Starbucks you have a gem with Justin.

I visit a lot of Starbucks, but the customer service here truly stands out! Justin, the barista, made us feel so welcome, like we were guests in his own home. We had a great time chatting and laughing while he expertly prepared our coffees. He really took his time with each cup and even offered some fantastic recommendations. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to create such a positive experience, and I just wanted to give a shoutout to Justin for his amazing service. Thanks for making our visit so memorable!

Disgusting Conditions I was shocked by the state of this Starbucks. Given its location, I expected better. The bathroom was absolutely filthy with tissue and urine all over the floor. It was truly disgusting. I wish I had taken pictures to document the conditions, but I couldn't wait to get out of there. Avoid this location at all costs.

Small little starbucks down a couple of houses and shops from the Betsy Ross Meuxeum/House. We stayed in town for a business trip and thus were the closest starbucks before heading out of town. My client had never seen the house, so we stopped and got a quixk picture. The starbucks staff was very upbeat and courteous. They also have a nice straw if you purchase a cold drink. We ordered a couple of breakfast sandwiches and an iced coffee.
