One of my favorite Starbucks in the world - they were my go-to through the whole pandemic. Don’t go as much since I usually go to more locally owned options, but they open at 5am which is amazing on the days I am out and about before everyone else opens at 7am/8am
I enjoy this store and the staff very much. However, for the past few days I’ve noticed the store has been extremely hot because the AC unit is out. While the portable units are facing out at us (the customers), I worry about the staff in these conditions. It has been hot outside and it will be for the foreseeable future and I think it is unfair for the staff to be expected to work under these conditions. We were just visiting as tourists, but our experience at this Starbucks stood out thanks to the incredible manager on duty. He was exceptionally kind, respectful, and remarkably attentive throughout our visit 2025 May 25.
