Obnoxious staff, I feel unwanted and like an inconvenience every time I order here. I recommend walking to the Starbucks on Chestnut and give your money to them instead. As a Starbucks fan, this is a truly awful Starbucks. Their ovens NEVER work, I suspect the staff are just saying they don’t work so they don’t have to cook anything - it sounds crazy but when you see the people working here, it makes sense. Terrible location, it’s not worth the hassle. Was forced to make a formal complaint to management, after my experience - as a Drexel student, I will NEVER come here again.

I ordered through an app that only needs the code shown, no name was needed for registration but no matter how many times I try showing the code, the cashier lady refused to look and kept asking for my name, which I was taken aback. Then she proceeded to scream at me with an attitude “you don’t know your name?” (Mind you the Starbucks wasn’t even busy and the cashier lady was chatting with the security guards when I came in, sorry to ruin you little chat I guess😟)

I have classes in Lebow but I would walk over to Penn’s Starbucks lol.

I guess Id be rude to kids on a college campus too if i was severely over weight and didnt care about my life. It takes no effort to show some decency but these people at this starbucks are so rude. If your gonna be that miserable then get a new job or find a hobby u like… maybe like a gym membership or something

This coffee store is located downtown in the midst of the skycrapers and office buildings. It was a good place to stop on our way to our meeting with the attorney. We bought our good coffee to our meeting in cardboard cups.

Nasty attitude coming from the lady with black head-wrap at the cashier. If you don’t want to provide decent service to your customers then just quit and shove your attitude back to yourself. STOP being MEAN!!!!! The campus should not allow this kind of staff to provide service to its students. No one deserves that kind of attitude. No wonder this place gets such a low rating.

I am wondering why am I charged 27 dollars for 2 drink ? With few pump of extra brown sugar, I came in for a refund the next day like they said they told me l, ”this is computer generated response, this Starbucks is not cooperative with the Starbucks company it is own by the university so we can decide on the cost of what you add” this lady also said everything cost money, so I am thinking some pump of brown sugar cost 10 dollar is normal? I am reporting to corporate

If I could I would give it a 0. The staff here have a bad attitude and sometimes they are really aggressive. One time I was touching the decoration on display, and one of the staff yelled DON’T TOUCH IT. She then mumbled “are you blind” under her breath. I then checked around and there was no sign or anything that says please don’t touch the decoration. Very rude. She could’ve said it in a more professional manner.

The workers making the drinks are much more pleasant than the lady on register.For instance I once ordered a drink & it was wrong. I didn't make it a big deal because it wasn't. Mistakes happen & it could've easily been miscommunication on my part so the worker agreed to fix it. I was later told by the lady on register that it was my fault and needed to pay an additional $1.70 for sweet cream cold foam which I was FINE with, but she delivered the message as if I was stupid and incapable of understanding.
