This starbucks is absolutely brutal, I unfortunately have visited it many times during my daughters extensive time at CHOP. Seemingly every time I go there is an issue - at best you might get the right drink after an egregiously long wait - and if they forget to make it, don’t worry they’ll be rude when you inquire about it! (even if you’re just trying to get back across the street for you’re daughter getting out of surgery). It’s an embarrassment of an establishment for a company I otherwise am a dedicated patron of.

I am a parent over at chop. I come here quite frequently And I only ever get one thing the same thing every time And I get the most basic drink And it never comes out right. Anytime I say anything about it The workers are extremely rude and somehow it’s my fault. There are SOME very nice workers Who will correct it for me but most of the time they get very frustrated because the place is very busy. I know I should not be getting emotional over a drink but again I ask for the same thing every time And with the workers being very rude when I have enough bs going on at choP makes me extremely upset it costs 0$ to be nice to someone and even if you can’t fix the drink I paid for.

Very loud for a cafe and lots of people without many seats the food and coffee was great though so was my girlfriends you can also get free refills. On top of all this staff was very patient and nice on explaining how said refills work and even helped me with figuring out what to get from the menu. Everything outside of the atmosphere was awesome.

This location is VERY busy, but my wife and I visited several times while we were in CHOP with our child - they were always kind people and our drinks were great every time. I had an issue with a lid malfunction (common issue right now with Starbucks) and the drink fell, not only did they remake the drink for free immediately, they also apologized to me for the lid issue. Great team here, just give them some grace... it's a very busy place!

Consistently makes orders wrong. Out of all the starbucks I go to this is by far the most inconsistent. I understand how busy they get being between 2 huge hospitals but products arent cheap and they should be made correct the first time. I don't have time to keep asking for something to be made over the right way. In particular im referring to hot matcha tea that has to be blended or your gulping down lumps of powder that's disgusting. DO BETTER!
