Supposed to be open today. People in there but doors locked and not letting public in. They do this all the time. It would be better if there was a dependable store here instead.

The service at this location is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous. Several times I’ve ordered 10-15 minutes before arriving and still had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Today was the last straw waiting 50 minutes!! For 1 coffee??? That’s just insane to me. They need to fix their efficiency badly at this location. I won’t be back.

Pretty alright. They're extremely busy, so orders take a long time to be ready. I've gotten better at ordering in the app about 10-15 min before I'd arrive for my morning fuel to reduce my waiting around time. They do a good job and rarely mess up my order despite being swamped. Food quality has been going down over the years, but that's pretty much at all Starbucks locations, imo. Atmosphere is decent, but it's a very small store for the location, so it's sometimes difficult to find a seat.
Parking: There are paid garages and valet nearby if you are a patient or visitor. Otherwise, parking is near impossible unless you're willing to walk from further away.

On 9/12/24, I mobile ordered a nitro with several different cold foam. Because I get the cold foams this location and every other location has given it to me in a larger cup (which was recommended from an employee there so I would get my money worth). On this day, Dee (she has green hair) an employee at Starbucks was very rude, short tempered, and nasty towards me. This was totally unprovoked and unwarranted. I was the only black American at the counter with several Caucasian people waiting for their orders. Dee (who is Caucasian) was at the counter. I picked up my cup which was not filled (this order gets completed once you give them the cup) and proceeded to give Dee the cup and asked her to use a large cup because of the extra extra cold foams I get (I explained this to her, since she was NOT the normal employee I’m use to seeing). She totally dismissed me. She stated loudly you never got this ordered here, we don’t give more nitro in large cups (which I didn’t ask for more of the coffee just what I paid for). As I proceeded again to explain I wasn’t asking for more of the drink, she stopped me and said she don’t want to hear it and she doesn’t have to listen to me, she was about to leave. She put my empty cup to the side and walked off.
I requested to speak to a manager from another employee. The manager came over and I explain what happened she apologized and started to make my drink the way I normally get it (in the larger cup). Dee did not leave the store but decided to come back out and started to talk with the manager. As she was talking with the manager who had her back toward me because she was preparing my drink, Dee rolled her eyes at me, smirked, and laugh to taunt me. The manager left my drink unattended to get something from the back, while Dee stayed there. I decided I didn’t want the drink and left because I didn’t trust Dee with my drink being left unattended. I was embarrassed, disappointed, and upset that I was treated so bad. I came back to get a refund and to speak with the store manager. I filed a complaint 3 weeks ago and still haven’t heard back from the store or district manager. I will no longer support Starbucks if I am not treated as a human being for services I pay for with my hard earn money.
Again none of this was provoked.

First to say: this is not referring at all to the employees, that are always very nice!
However, this is probably the worst organized starbucks I ever seen. Constantly there is an excessive lines (20/30min wait is the average), and doesn't change if submitted the mobile order. I will personally stop to buy from this company because it is unrealistic that to get a coffee you should wait 30min! And the management fron this store should definitely change!

The management here needs to do a better job of letting people know the wait time. I ordered an egg bite, and 20 minutes later, they hadn’t pulled the order. I was told the wait time is 30 minutes. If I had known that, I would have ordered something else. This is not a staff issue; it is a management failure to manage expectations and not enough equipment to handle volumes.

Exactly what one would expect from Starbucks.
They are in the Perelman center building, so you can imagine the pressure from all the employees and patients . Great service and a great bunch of people! Highly recommend!

SNAILS PACE! They definitely need more employees, and pick up the pace especially when in a hospital location where people like doctors or patients’ families don’t always have a lot of time to wait 20 minute for a simple drip coffee! Disappointed with sub-par service.
