Grossly understaffed. I routinely have to wait 10 minutes for a black coffee. Clearly run by the hospital and not Starbucks.

This service is absolutely unacceptable and your employees are very disrespectful and unprofessional, charging different prices for certain customers. A couple of co-workers of mine go there everyday and they noticed they ordered the same drink but got charged a more expensive price than usual.

Listen, I buy ice coffee everyday, for almost a year now, yesterday I asked got charged more than yesterday, so I asked the lady did price go up I buy the same thing everyday, she immediately say no, you are antagonizing me. I said buy asking why it's more today. So I ask for manager 1st manager come over with an attitude and say oh I delt with you before, yes before her rep over charged me for a drink and when my co workers order they pay 1 price 537. She fixed it that time when she realized I was right. This time you didn't ask you come over with,attitude I asked the manager the reps name she asked me why, I then told her I was going to report this, she said no, another manager came out, I ask her please ring me up and tell me price for ice coffee please it was 537. What I been paying, teach you employees how to talk to people, and not to mention the rep kept getting loud and making a seen when I just wanted to know why today's price is different, if i order on the app prices are totally different but if you go to that store and order it's always and issue, also the manager had to hold back the rep like the lady wanted to to to harm or do something to me, view your recordings. You have 1 manager that knows what she's doing.the lady that cam out to assist she rung me up and told her other manager and the rep no it's 537. But the said I have to pay 6 something prices in this location always changing. It's bad because they rep in question she always makes the best ice coffee for me, I don't know if she had a bad day but regardless you don't take out on a paying customer. Now we have to walk to the other Starbucks not cool. Not cool at all.

Nice, cozy, and close to the university. However, the prices are soaring every month.

No one likes to work. Everyone stands around talking and ignores the fact that you are waiting to order or receive your order. One girl rubbed her nose and proceeded to make someone's drink. I walked out of line. I refuse. On top of hearing them talk loudly about people they don't like. Do better. Have better supervision of what seems like children running the place.

Management should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Terribly rude employees. Counter barista mumbled into the keyboard and then made a spectacle banging on my cup and yelling at me because I couldn’t hear her while other baristas scream laughed and chattered so it was even harder to hear. Hospital employees and patients should NOT have to deal with this.

I was just there on my lunch break and the two women baristas were obnoxiously rude. Constant attitude and talking about customers right in-front of them. Disgusting representation of Starbucks and Penn Hospital.

Really rude employees. Requested a half caf. What? Could I get a drip coffee that is part decaf, part dark roast? We don’t do that. Starbucks doesn’t sell drip coffee at 10:00 in the morning? I just walked away. I went to the Pavilion cafe which also sells Starbucks and lets me mix dark and decaf. But next time I’m going to Bowers for an individually brewed decaf espresso.
