Literally the worst location. Not sure why I keep trying, I legit throw my drink away, even after asking kindly for additions and what not to doctor it up. Espresso tastes burnt. Always too hot. No chai flavor at all.

Terrence is the best and deserves a raise. Was standing in line a few weeks ago, and there was someone being really ugly to him for their own issue. He kept a smile and professionalism. Then, he still went above and beyond for me. Need more people like this in the world!

This location refused to give me a cup of water when I spent $6 on a glass of iced tea. Utterly insulting.
The female cashier working on 7/15 at 3pm has a terrible attitude. I forgot that I applied to work here and forgot my apron at home because I scanned all my own merch items and bagged my own order after I had to ask for a bag and she threw it at me. You might as well transfer to self check out and stop wasting your companies money on paying a cashier. She didn’t give me my receipt either. An hour before this same cashier was working she had a terrible attitude on top of that you guys don’t accept cash but then you also don’t accept the Starbucks app as payment either. I ordered a strawberry açaí lemonade she didn’t even bother to tell me you guys didn’t carry lemonade I had to come back after getting my drink and the gentleman barista you had had to inform me you don’t carry lemonade so I paid for a drink I didn’t even want I feel that’s something you tell customers before they order and pay for their drink cause had I had this information I wouldn’t have wasted my money. Terrible service, terrible location.

Disappointing experience at Starbucks airport location. I was unable to get my birthday order due to a lack of ice and unavailable beverages, including the Frappuccino I wanted. To make matters worse, staff were making Frappuccinos for friends at a nearby spot. Needless to say, I won't be returning or recommending this location. Left without a drink and feeling underwhelmed.

Phone number on the Google listing is not a valid phone number to be completed as dialed.
Also, can I stop having iced coffees with fruit flies in it (more than once). Clean your ice bin and utensils. Stop leaving milks open on the counter when it's not even busy.

Just when I was starting to fall in love with Starbies… this location was a total let down There was no staff with access to the register so it was credit card only for folks (didn’t bother us, but definitely frustrated those around us). The lady behind the counter messed up my daughter’s Matcha latte twice - kept putting it on ice instead of hot despite reading the ticket several times. My Iced Shaken order got forgotten and was finally made after 10 people after me had already been served.

Young African American male hair in a puff with sun visor continually messing up customer orders. Second time I've here at this Starbucks and they allow him to keep working as a cashier . He's absolutely horrific.

I should've read the reviews. I chose Starbucks precisely because you know what you'll get. Not here. The staff talks non-stop while serving the clients hence not paying much attention to what they're doing. They gave me the wrong coffee TWICE. When I told them it was wrong yet again, one of the bunch told me with a bad attitude that I had to tell them how to make it then! On top of that, the third coffee was made with the nasty brew of the wrong one. That coffee and a sandwich I ordered (that looked like roadkill) went straight to the trash can because I preferred to dump 15 bucks that to eat that garbage. Worst Starbucks in the world.
