SO grateful this specific Starbucks is along my commute into work. No matter how many cars are in line, they are so quick and efficient! There's never much of a wait and they've always been so pleasant

Starbucks needs to figure out what/who they are. Prices are crazy for what you're getting and maybe if they eliminate some of the crazy drinks they could get pricing under control. Service was great - chipper and nice even in the early morning hours. :) is did not stay but it was clean and bright.

This will be my second time visiting this location and might I say impressed. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable of what you want and drinks were delicious. I ordered a mocha cookie crumble and hello look how beautiful they made this drink I thought i was in a commercial. The staff made sure they updated me on the status of my order and everyone was smiling an seemed so happy. I felt like I walked into a chick fil a that’s what I like great service and great people!

Espresso Frappuccino was all MILK it didn’t even taste like espresso or coffee for that matter. I could not drink it because of how sweet and full of milk it was…maybe some people like all the extra milk but I get that drink specifically because it normally is mostly espresso and tastes like coffee. When I told them it looks very light and not like what I normally get, They said that’s how it comes…after waiting 20mins spending $8 on one coffee, it wasn’t worth my time or money. I recommended the staff remaking one of your customers drinks if they didn't want a MILK Frappuccino.

Dietary restrictions: As someone on an animal-based, low-carb diet, I LOVE that Starbucks offers real heavy cream!!!

The harder they come, the harder they fall. We used to play this song daily when I worked for SBUX from 2000-2009. Now it's their theme!
For the record, all staff are friendly and doing everything they can to work under a corporate overlord who demands more and more from them every day, without providing them the pay and benefits they deserve. No direct complaints about any staff.
But this location embodies exactly what is wrong with Starbucks these days, partially due to its high traffic location.
The primary goal used to be to acknowledge every customer within 10-30 seconds of them entering the store. These days though, you can stand there for ten minutes without a "hello," as 7 employees frantically run around making burritos or whatever ridiculous promo food/drink concoction they've come up with this month that no one wants. A typically Starbucks employee looks more like an NFL defensive coordinator than a barista anymore.
I hate to use this term from my youth, but Starbucks SOLD OUT years ago and it's all coming back to bite them now. That is, they got a taste of money with high margin frappucinos, and CHANGED WHO THEY WERE for profit, instead of sticking to their supposed philosophy of providing product and service. It's OK, it happens to every giant corporation. Just sad to see how it's gone over the last 20 years...

Don’t expect any customer service or acknowledgment with your expensive coffee and snacks. At least you’ll save on the tip! Your best bet is the drive thru! If you go inside, you’ll be disappointed.
Parking: There is a lot with a handful of spaces. Trust me-use the drive thru-although traffic in City Ave is hell!

Started drinking Starbucks more because I received a gift card. Now I understand the hype. The service is wonderful, and I love customizing my drinks. I always add a shoot of Espresso to my Caramel Ribbon Crunch and it's sooo good. Thank you! Oh... and I can't forget my lemon loaf... it last me all day!

A girl made a mistake by only giving me one coffee and I needed 2 and the other cost the cost of the house. Of course. I told the young woman, thank you very much and very kindly. God bless you.

Starbucks staff at this location are very fast making drinks but when it comes to working the to go counter inside the store,it's bad. When I asked about my order, the staff member gave me like a death stare. Instantly I said,"I'm just curious how long? I'm not rushing, I am just curious." I've waited 10 minutes on the clock and then asked about my order. I was still patient. Idk if it was perfect timing or what but as soon as I asked for the food. It was gaven to me within 10 seconds. A little suspicious. Hopefully my food wasn't just sitting there.
