Gina from Starbucks was such a pleasure and a super big help today!!! The friendliest person on the planet. She helped me with a sort of tricky order and she put it in without missing a beat.
I am a regular customer at this location. In Center City Philadelphia. During the week it's a perfect experience. Very good coffee and great service.
This Sunday; however it was apparently quite the opposite as far as service.
Apparently after I paid for the Grande coffee and left a tip, two customers who were behind me, were receiving service first. I asked the person who had rung me up why this was happening? She told me that she was multitasking....

Staff was super friendly of all guys. Their music choice was a bit sus but other than that they were very jovial, loved my dad jokes and provided great service. Clean place in Macys to grab a drink.
