This is my favorite place to get my Carmel Ribbon Crunch or Mocha Cookie Crumble drinks. All of the staff are AWESOME! And they make my day every time I go in there. Starbucks… you have a GREAT TEAM at this location! All of the staff are more than welcome to come to Mr. Ivy ( my night job) or visit The National Shrine of Saint Rita of Cascia ( my day job). I love this place and the team.

Kid-friendliness: They love kids here. Children are more than welcome.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs.

I won’t be going here anymore. The workers are nice enough. They might be understaffed because every morning I wait at least 10 minutes for my drink. Today I ordered an iced matcha with a little extra syrup. I wait a little over 10 minutes and then I get my matcha and it’s a hot one. By then the line is already super long and the amount of people waiting just made it not worth it to try and get a refund or I have to wait another 10 minutes for a new drink. If you live in South Philly, I recommend just go to the one on south.

Best staff in Greater Philly. They are always on top of things, friendly, and genuine. I admire this especially because the location probably makes their jobs a lot more difficult. They’re happy to answer questions, they’ve never messed up my drink, and they’ve even pointed out special deals like buy one get one on the Christmas Blend at the end of the season. I love that they validate parking. There’s another Starbucks closer to me but I’ll go a little farther to get to this one.

Waited for 15 minutes for someone to take my order. There were 3 customers and 4 staff. Staff never even acknowledged myself or anyone else in line.

Rude workers. Messed up my order not once but twice! One of those times was when they said “someone must have stolen your drink.” This is truly unacceptable. Their attitude and behavior towards customers should be inspected. I try to like this location because it’s close to where I work at, but they are truly just disrespectful and do not know what customer service is. Another time on my lunch break, I came inside to sit and take a private phone call because it was windy and chilly outside. I didn’t think much of it. I wasn’t speaking loudly on the phone. I just went inside to sit at an open table by myself. A worker proceeded to approach me and say I was not allowed to sit at their tables unless I had purchased something. I replied saying I just needed to take a brief call. They told me that I had to leave anyway. Very disrespectful. I will not be coming to this location any longer. Please visit the Dunkin’ across the street and start supporting them. At least they make good beverages at fast speeds and treat their customers kindly.

this starbucks didn’t have loud music blaring when i came in, which is such a nice touch. there was a bit of a wait, but i totally understand! delicious, as always.

I’m writing this as a reply to someone else who left a review on here by the name of Sophia DeGrands. She apparently gave a four star instead of five because the store throws away croissants at 7PM and they didn’t offer her and her friends a free croissant since they were gonna throw it away anyways. This has to be the dumbest reason to give a store any less of the credit they deserve. You get what you pay for. It’s the store’s money and they are not running a charity.
