The only thing I have to say is, the employees are so disrespectful to the client, I ask for my receipt and the young man that was working today, I look at me and say, you good and don't give my receipt. That's so disrespectful. Another thing they need be more on clean the coffee station was a mess and not clean also the display of the bakes. Definitely I will not return

I order a Carmel crunch Frappuccino with EXTRA CRUNCH. I literally repeat that i wanted extra crunch. The guy with the locs mad my drink and disregard what I ask for and when I stated that was not I ask for, he give me a cup with extra crunch to pour my freaking Frappuccino and everything was spilled on the counter. No offer to help! Make me a new drink or get my refund. I didn’t want the money but just give me what I ask for and not try to play stupid when I stated that next time please make my drink the right way. I throw the drink in the trash because it was already messy and I was not getting my hands and car mess up because someone couldn’t read the drink order.

Worst place ever! Their attitude are horrible they never treat anyone with respect over 25 minutes waiting for one simple drink ….
Absolute worst! First, the customer service is awful and you’ll be waiting forever. There were 3 people working today and I still waited 25 minutes. I ordered 2 drinks exactly the same, 2 venti iced vanilla latte’s with an extra shot of espresso and vanilla sweet cream cold foam on top. Not rocket science, right? I FINALLY got my drinks and they were white at the bottom and dark brown on top. I said “What kind of drink is this?” she said “What do you mean? They are lattes!” I said I’ve been ordering this drink for 6 years and it’s never looked like this?! She said “you just have to mix them up!” Ummm? why do I have to mix it up? I’m not a barista. So now the sweet cream cold foam that I had to pay extra for is all mixed in with the drink instead of floating at the top with every sip. This isn’t the first time I had a problem at this location. For me to pay almost 10 dollars PER drink, I should be getting a premium drink. Now, I get it. People make mistakes and I’m an easy customer to please but for them to not even try to make it right and look at me like “what’s the big deal, so you gotta mix it up” is just wrong. I say this a lot in my lower reviews but this location needs better leadership and more training.
