I had to come on here and give a shoutout to the staff and culture I witnessed yesterday morning, the baristas greeted every person that walked in the door with such enthusiasm (i honestly feel like this kind of customer service in many places, especially chains, is hard to come by). I was sitting and doing work for an hour and was so impressed with all of the regulars who the staff knew personally and what a cozy environment they created!

Nice place to stop, grab a drink and get a little work done. Glad I found this spot. I am usually stopping at starbucks all over PA and glad I came across this one. Great ambiance and seating. The shift supervisor was awesome. Not sure her name but very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!! The employees are rude and cold, to customers and even to the employees of businesses nearby on Germantown Avenue. Can’t even ask for a plastic fork or bag without getting pushback. YUCK!!

The manager (Tony) was extremely rude and aggressive with us - he created a very hostile environment. He had been brought up in some of the other reviews as well, so I guess this was not an isolated incident.

Mature customers need to use the bathroom PRIOR to placing their order. Do better Starbucks Chestnut Hill, respond to mature customer’s request to use the bathroom prior to placing an order. I have placed a Starbucks corporate concern regarding this issue.

Hi, My coworkers and I are recurrent clientes of this Starbucks as we work in the Avenue as well , we love our Starbucks moment, we are easy clients always order online and pick up within the time, lately our drinks have been missing steps, the flavor is so off , super strong or super lite never accurate it is obvious that they have new workers that haven’t been trained or fully don’t care what they are doing, we spend at least $100 a week here. Last week we had to order at the Flourtown location 🥹 so Sad because you guys are so close walking 🥲

The service suck. The environment was clean and pleasant. However, the waiting area had no napkins, or straws. Not to mention when I asked for a straw I was ignored until the staff finished playing around.
