First time at this particular Starbucks tonight. The store was clean, well stocked, and sports a wonderful lounge area with lounge seats in the front. The service here is absolutely exceptional. Every single worker greeted me when I walked in. I have been a loyal customer for some years now & today I was VERY disappointed. I opened my app to use it today as usual & it was some kind of glitch with their system I’m guessing because I had to reset my password unfortunately it wiped out all my 254 stars & the money I had on the card. I was on the phone for a hour & a half to rectify the situation. Very unhappy with everyone & I will be calling corporate.
