Every visit is like flipping a coin - half the time it's great, and the other half it's either closed mid-day, or they are out of half the ingredients, or they are out of supplies. It's like whoever runs it doesn't want to make money. If you're constantly out of something... order more of that thing! Seems so simple. The owners probably wonder why they don't get as many customers as they expect, and it's because it's always so hit-and-miss. Run a dependable business and the people will come. The workers are nice but it's usually under-staffed - last week I waited 34 minutes for my drink, and it wasn't even made to my order. This location has a lot of potential considering its location within a popular Target, it just needs to be managed better.

Between the large list of unavailable items, miserable workers, and messy counter, I’m not sure what part of this place was worse. The place looks like a tornado ran through it. And the floors were sticky all the way up to the counter.

The barista Joshua here is outwardly rude to customers. Having to work is a huge inconvenience to him. He complains when u walk up and says he barely has time to himself. This starbucks is never busy so thats bizarre. He complains and makes rude comments if you order any type of drink that he doesn't feel like making. He's miserable rude and lazy. Ive gotten him multiple times and each time has been equally as disappointing and uncomfortable.

One of the most inconsistent coffee experiences I've ever had. Their baristas are not equally trained and constantly make mistakes.I have given up on ordering anything other than basic brewed coffee and pre-made confections.

This is the worst Starbucks that I have ever been to. The hot coffee never seems fresh and is always luke warm. In my last four visits , they have been on break ( be back in 15 or 30 minutes) every time. I will never go to this Starbucks

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for over a year now. I visited 2 weeks ago, and ordered my usual via the mobile app (Chai Tea Latte). After about a hour of drinking my chai, I started to feel queezy and nauseous. Soon after I begin throwing up for the remainder of this day, as well as 2 days after. Aside from throwing up, I was in and out of sleep, very weak, stomach aches and no appetite. Being as though I had only had my drink, I realized it had of been old/expired products within my drink.I was very sick for 3 days, and very disappointed in this location as, again, I’ve been visiting for over a year. Please pay extra attention to expiry dates, so customers aren’t falling ill. ☹️

The girls at:Target Philadelphia Roxborough 32477162 RIDGE AVENUEPhiladelphia, PA 19128are the best crew I've ever experienced at a starbucks. These beautiful ladies go above and beyond. They're friendly, funny, personable just overall an amazing group of women. They deserve recognition and a generous bonus at the very least and I don't mean "a pizza party". They deserve a real monetary bonus for their amazing service. I have a Starbucks closer to my house but I always bypass it and go to this location because of the crew there. I just wanted to make that known to the powers that be!

Ambiance is cool and conducive to studying or doing some work and staff seem nice. I ordered a coffee and the Johann panini- coffee was fine but the panini was super dry and unappetizing, especially at $10/sandwich. For wifi, we were given codes printed on a paper valid for 1 hour each.

Go. Just go. Friendly owners, inventive menu, great food and drink. Their Signature Panini may be the best sandwich in Western Civilization! Yes, it’s that good.
