I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they gave me the bagel with two pieces of butter. When I asked for the cream cheese, they said we ran out. I would have liked to have been informed since I would not have ordered the bagel in the end. Asked for a shaken espresso and was never shaken.

Please be mindful that you must ASK for the fall flavors BOGO discount on Thursdays.My order was $17. When I asked about the discount, the cashier informed me that it was my responsibility to request the discount. Please note that the sign is in plain view for all, and that my order was two of the same drink (both smalls). The cashier was unapologetic and refused to address the issue. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.
