Staff are frequently under/short-staffed, and do an impeccable job managing despite this. Drinks are always made correctly, and to starbucks quality and staff are always attentive and friendly despite often being stretched thin.
I saw a review below that I ironically was in-store for, I want to say that the staff did a great job on 7/6 managing the line, amount of drinks, and rude woman with the screaming child all at the same time.

The staff couldn't be bothered to wait on me. I was the only person in line and there were 2 workers. I just wanted to buy a pre-made carton of chocolate milk for my toddler, who was with me. She ended up crying because of waiting so long so they definitely knew we were there. 1 employee was right next to me and ignored me and the other was making a drink for a Target employee and kept dumping out the drink and starting over, very weird. Horrible customer service and blatantly rude staff.

I came in today there were 2 workers, I wanted a green tea frap. So i asked if they still doing frap because its kinda late already. One girl said "yes we still" one said "no" then the one said yes turned around and did a lil talk. Then ended up not doing any frap.
why was i told at 5:06pm. saturday september 23rd they were closing after they served the person in front of me ?

So I’m surprised but also not surprised to see some negative reviews because I’ve been told from people that they’ve had bad experiences with the staff here, but that, as soon as they mentioned some thing, the workers were quick to turn around the attitude and offer something special for the bad experience. I frequent here with children after school, so I’m sure we’re not their favorite kind of customers, but I’ve never had an issue. They always have patience with us and our drinks and food are always wonderful. They always make my seven-year-old feel like she is a big girl and she loves going here so for that I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Terrible service. Listening to rap with swear words on their phone on loud - little children are around. Three women working and took 10 mins and for me to remind them I was still waiting for my drink to get mine… there were 2 other orders - one before and one after mine.
